Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi di Masjid Besar Kaum Ujungberung selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga terjadi keterlambatan pencatatan dan kesulitan dalam penyusunan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi manajemen administratif masjid berbasis website guna mempermudah pengurus dalam mengelola data administrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Prototype, dengan tahapan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, serta pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan iteratif. Sistem yang dibangun memiliki fitur utama meliputi manajemen data anggota DKM, NAWA, Khodim, Inventaris, Pengajar dan Murid Madrasah. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengurus. Evaluasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan dua narasumber. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa sistem dinilai membantu dalam pencatatan administrasi meskipun masih terdapat saran untuk pengembangan fitur untuk ke depannya. Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi manajemen administratif masjid berbasis website ini dapat mempermudah pengelolaan administrasi masjid. Sistem ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan di kemudian hari. ----- The administrative management of Masjid Besar Kaum Ujungberung has so far been carried out manually, resulting in delays in recording and difficulties in preparing reports. This study aims to develop a web-based administrative management information system for the mosque to assist administrators in managing administrative data. The research method used is the Prototype method, with data collection carried out through observation, interviews, and literature study, as well as system development using an iterative approach. The system developed includes main features such as the management of DKM members, NAWA, Khodim, inventory, teachers, and madrasa students. The implementation results show that the system can operate properly according to the administrators’ needs. User satisfaction evaluation was conducted through interviews with two respondents. The results indicate that the system is helpful in administrative recording, although there are suggestions for future feature improvements. In conclusion, this web-based mosque administrative management information system can facilitate administrative management, function effectively, and has strong potential for further development.
