    Abstract

Kata Kunci: Perilaku Keuangan, Keputusan Investasi, Geneerasi Milenial ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the picture of behavioral bias and investment decisions based on gender, education, income aspects and to find out the effect of moderation on behavioral bias in investment decisions at Pamulang University. This research is included in the type of sectional CFROSS research because it was conducted in less than one year and concluded only once in a certain period of time. The method used is the survey method along with descriptive and verifiable techniques. The population used was 102.000 respondents using the slovin technique, so the sample obtained was 886 respondents. The results of the study can be concluded that the high level of financial behavior bias at Pamulang University is more dominant in men than women, who earn below UMR and have a S1 education. This indicates that gender, income level, and education level have a potential relationship with an individual's tendency to exhibit financial behavior bias. Then investment decisions as a whole, most respondents from all demographic categories tend to be in the category of high investment decisions, along with the largest percentage found in men, income above UMR and having a S2 education. This means that differences in gender, income level, and education level have the potential to affect the quality and level of a person's investment decisions. Individuals with higher education, higher incomes, and men appear to be more likely to make more optimal investment decisions. Gender has a significant moderation effect on behavioral bias in investment decisions at Pamulang University. Meanwhile, income and education do not have a significant moderation effect on behavioral bias in investment decisions. Keywords: Financial Behavior, Investment Decisions, Millennial Generation
