    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh bullying terhadap perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak usia dini. Tujuan juga mencakup pemahaman tentang bentuk bullying yang dialami anak, dampaknya pada aspek sosial dan emosional, sikap serta tindakan orang tua dan guru, serta upaya yang dilakukan untuk menangani masalah ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada seorang anak usia TK di Subang yang pernah menjadi korban bullying di sekolah sebelumnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan orang tua dan guru, serta pengumpulan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak mengalami berbagai jenis bullying, seperti bullying verbal, fisik, sosial, dan cyberbullying. Bullying ini terjadi secara berulang di sekolah sebelumnya maupun dalam interaksi secara daring. Dampak yang terjadi antara lain menurunnya rasa percaya diri, anak cenderung menarik diri, kesulitan membangun hubungan sosial, serta kesulitan mengelola emosi. Setelah pindah ke sekolah baru yang memberikan dukungan positif dari guru, teman sebaya, dan orang tua, anak menunjukkan perkembangan yang baik, seperti semakin berani berinteraksi, kemampuan mengelola emosi meningkat, perilaku sosial yang baik, dan rasa percaya diri yang membaik. ----- This study aims to examine the impact of bullying on the social and emotional development of young children. The objectives also include understanding the forms of bullying experienced by children, its effects on social and emotional aspects, the attitudes and actions of parents and teachers, as well as the efforts made to address this issue. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method on a kindergarten-aged child in Subang who had been a victim of bullying at a previous school. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with parents and teachers, and document collection. The results of the study indicate that the child experienced various types of bullying, such as verbal, physical, social, and cyberbullying. This bullying occurred repeatedly at the previous school and in online interactions. The impacts included a decrease in self-confidence, the child tending to withdraw, difficulty in building social relationships, and difficulty in managing emotions. After transferring to a new school that provided positive support from teachers, peers, and parents, the child showed significant improvement, such as increased confidence in interacting with others, improved emotional regulation skills, better social behavior, and improved self-confidence.
