    Abstract

    Sistem Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS)-RBA sebagai salah satu inovasi pengadopsian teknologi dalam bidang pariwisata terkhusus pelayanan perizinan usaha. Pemerintah berupaya meningkatkan perizinan berusaha melalui peluncuran sistem yang ramah pengguna. Didukung adanya peningkatan pada jumlah persentase usaha pariwisata yang telah berizin melalui sistem OSS-RBA disetiap tahunnya, maka peneliti ingin menganalisis persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kemanfaatan terhadap niat menggunakan sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 118 responden diambil dengan teknik non-probability sampling jenis convinience sampling. Analisis data regresi berganda diproses menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap niat menggunakan sistem OSS-RBA. Kemudian persepsi kemanfaatan juga menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap niat menggunakan sistem. Lalu secara simultan persepsi kemudahan dan kemanfaatan berpengaruh sebesar 41,2% terhadap niat menggunakan sistem OSS-RBA, dengan sisanya 58,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar yang diteliti. Selanjutnya dari hasil penelitian ini, pengelola sistem OSS-RBA dapat mempertahankan secara serius faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat menggunakan sistem, serta mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi variabel lain yang mungkin berkontribusi besar seperti kepercayaan, keamanan sistem dan persepsi resiko. The Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) system is one of the innovations in technology adoption in tourism, specifically in business licensing services. The government is making efforts to improve business licensing through the launch of a user-friendly system. Supported by an increase in the percentage of tourism businesses that have been licensed through the OSS-RBA system each year, the researchers want to analyze the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness towards the intention to use the system. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. A sample of 118 respondents was taken using non-probability sampling, specifically convinience sampling. Multiple regression data analysis was processed using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that the perceived ease of use significantly and positively affects the intention to use the OSS-RBA system. Then, the perceived usefulness also shows a significant and positive impact on the intention to use the system. Furthermore, simultaneously, the perceptions of ease and usefulness have a 41.2% influence on the intention to use the OSS-RBA system, with the remaining 58.8% being influenced by other variables outside of those studied.Furthermore, based on the results of this study, the managers of the OSS-RBA system can seriously maintain the factors that influence the intention to use the system, as well as identify and evaluate other variables that may contribute significantly, such as trust, system security, and risk perception.
