Abstract
Masyarakat perkotaan kini membutuhkan rekreasi yang mudah dijangkau dan tidak memerlukan waktu yang banyak. Trend Back to nature sedang menjadi gaya hidup masyarakat modern. Masyarakat banyak memilih pergi ke tempat-tempat yang alami dan merasakan sensasi yang mungkin jarang didapat dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Bentuk tempat wisata yang dirasa Back to nature salah satunya adalah pemandian air panas yang dibangun untuk spa, tempat berendam, dan ada juga untuk terapi kesehatan. Salah satu tempat berendam yang menjadi pelopor adalah Sari Ater Hotel and Resort. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai ekonomi dari air panas sebagai objek utama Sari Ater dengan metode Travel Cost Method dan bagaimana daya dukung fisik di Sari Ater. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai ekonomi Sari Ater Hotel and Resort sebesar Rp. 75.829.104.100. dan daya dukung fisik Sari Ater Hotel and Resort dapat menampung hingga 8.334 wisatawan per harinya. Kata Kunci ; Manfaat Ekonomi, Air Panas, Daya Dukung Fisik Urban society today requires an accessible recreational areas without having to spend a lot of their time. The Trend of “Back to nature” is becoming a lifestyle of modern society. Many people choose to go to places with a natural nuance so that they can feel the sensation that may be rarely found in their daily activities. One of the tourist attractions nuanced as “Back to nature” is a hot spring (Thermal Baths), in addition to bathing and SPA, hot water springs are also good for health therapy. One of the pioneers of the Hot Spring bathing place is Sari Ater Hotel and Resort. This study aims to determine the economic value of a thermal baths as the main object in Sari Ater by using Travel Cost Method and to find out how the power of physical carrying capacity in Sari Ater. Research Results indicate that the economic value of the Sari Ater Hotel & Resort is Rp. 3,592,719,969,300. And the physical power of carrying capacity Sari Ater Hotel & Resort can accommodate up to 8334 visitors per day. Keyword; Economic Benefit, Hot Water, Physical Carrying Capability
