    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya kesulitan yang dialami mahasiswa Bisnis Digital UPI dalam memperoleh informasi terpercaya tentang mitra Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB), mencakup validasi informasi, ketersediaan mitra sesuai kriteria prodi, dan proses rekrutmen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa dengan platform yang dapat diakses sehingga bisa membantu mahasiswa dalam proses pemilihan mitra. Proses pengembangan menggunakan metode design thinking yang dilakukan melalui lima fase, yaitu empathize untuk menggali kesulitan pengguna, define untuk merumuskan tiga permasalahan utama terkait validasi informasi, ketersediaan mitra, dan proses rekrutmen, serta ideate untuk merancang solusi seperti tampilan informasi mitra, kontak alumni, fitur pencarian dinamis, dan panduan rekrutmen. Solusi yang dihasilkan kemudian divisualisasikan dalam bentuk low-fidelity design dan high-fidelity design pada fase prototype menggunakan Figma dan Framer. Lalu prototype diuji menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian masuk dalam kategori “A⁺” dengan nilai “best imaginable”, tingkat penerimaan “acceptable”, dan memperoleh predikat “promoter” dalam Net Promoter Score (NPS). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa website yang dirancang dapat diterima dengan baik dan memiliki potensi membantu mahasiswa dalam menentukan pilihan mitra MSIB. This study was conducted to address the difficulties faced by students of the Digital Business program at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) in obtaining reliable information about partners for the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB). These challenges include information validation, the availability of partners aligned with the study program’s criteria, and the recruitment process. The research aims to facilitate students by developing an accessible platform to assist them in selecting suitable partners. The development process employs the design thinking method, implemented through five phases, empathize to explore user difficulties. Define to identify three key issues such as information validation, partner availability, and recruitment procedures. Ideate to design solutions such as a partner information dashboard, alumni contacts, dynamic search features, and recruitment guidelines. The proposed solutions were then visualized in low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes during the prototype phase using Figma and Framer. The prototype was subsequently tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS), yielding an “A⁺” grade with a “best imaginable” score, an “acceptable” acceptability rating, and a “promoter” classification in the Net Promoter Score (NPS). These findings indicate that the designed website is well received and holds strong potential to assist students in selecting MSIB partners effectively.
