    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul virus terintegrasi realitas augmented (E-VIRA) dalam upaya meningkatkan model mental dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupkan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan tahapan instruksional ADDIE. Setelah melalui evaluasi pada setiap tahapan yang dilakukan, dihasilkan E-VIRA yang diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran pada materi virus menggunakan quasi-experiment dengan desain pre-test dan post-test (non-equivalent control group design), melibatkan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Sampel terdiri dari 69 peserta didik kelas X dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen model mental berupa tes menggambar-menulis (drawing-writing test) dan tes peta konsep, instrumen keterampilan pemecahan masalah menggunakan tes uraian yang diberikan saat sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah pembelajaran (posttest), serta angket respons peserta didik setelah menggunakan E-VIRA dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) E-VIRA yang dikembangkan memiliki karakteristik meliputi desain konten pembelajaran yang interaktif, integrasi objek Augmented Reality tentang subpokok bahasan virus, terdapat aktivitas pembelajaran yang dirancang khusus untuk melatihkan model mental dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik melalui fitur-fitur yang disajikan di dalamnya. 2) E-VIRA dapat meningkatkan model mental peserta didik, 3) E-VIRA dapat meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik, dan 4) E-VIRA mendapat kategori sangat baik dari hasil respons peserta didik setelah digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada materi virus. This study aims to develop an augmented reality integrated virus e-module (E-VIRA) in an effort to improve students' mental models and problem-solving skills. This study is a development research using ADDIE instructional stages. After going through evaluations at each stage carried out, E-VIRA was produced which was applied in the learning process on virus material using a quasi-experiment with a pre-test and post-test design (non-equivalent control group design), involving the experimental class and the control class. The sample consisted of 69 grade X students with a purposive sampling technique. Research data were collected using mental model instruments in the form of a drawing-writing test and a concept map test, problem-solving skills instruments using essay tests given before (pretest) and after learning (posttest), as well as student response questionnaires after using E-VIRA in the learning process. The results of this study are 1) The developed E-VIRA has characteristics including interactive learning content design, integration of Augmented Reality objects on the subtopic of viruses, there are learning activities specifically designed to train students' mental models and problem-solving skills through the features presented in it. 2) E-VIRA can improve students' mental models, 3) E-VIRA can improve students' problem-solving skills, and 4) E-VIRA received a very good category from the results of student responses after being used in the learning process on virus material.
