Abstract
Presensi kehadiran merupakan komponen integral dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang menuntut akurasi, validitas, dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan sistem presensi berbasis pengenalan wajah dengan pendekatan algoritma YOLOv11 yang diimplementasikan dalam lingkungan aplikasi web menggunakan framework Flask. Sistem dirancang untuk mendeteksi wajah secara real-time, mengambil dokumentasi visual melalui mekanisme snapshoot logging, dan mencatat lokasi kehadiran secara otomatis melalui fitur geolocation yang terintegrasi. Proses pengembangan dilakukan dengan struktur modular sehingga mendukung fleksibilitas dan kemudahan pengguna. Studi kasus dilakukan di PT Pertamina Power Indonesia sebagai representasi penerapan sistem dalam konteks operasional industri. Integrasi antara teknologi visual dan pencatatan lokasi dalam sistem ini menunjukkan potensi besar dalam mendukung proses presensi yang aman, efisien, dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan kerja modern. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black-box Testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan melibatkan pengguna aktif dalam studi kasus di PT Pertamina Power Indonesia. Penelitian ini diharapkan berkontribusi bagi pengembangan sistem informasi presensi berbasis biometrik visual, sekaligus membuka peluang untuk integrasi lanjutan dengan platform sumber daya manusia yang lebih komprehensif dan terotomatisasi. ----- Employee attendance is an integral component of human resource management, demanding high standards of accuracy, validity, and operational efficiency. This study proposes the development of a face recognition–based attendance system utilizing the YOLOv11 algorithm, implemented within a web application environment using the Flask framework. The system is designed to perform real-time facial detection, document attendance events via snapshoot logging, and automatically record presence location through an integrated browser-based geolocation feature. Development follows a modular structure to support cross-device flexibility and seamless integration. A case study was conducted at PT Pertamina Power Indonesia to represent real-world industrial deployment. The integration of visual identification technology and location-based logging demonstrates considerable potential to support secure, efficient, and adaptive attendance processes aligned with modern workplace requirements. System evaluation employed the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, involving active users within the operational case setting. This study is expected to contribute to the advancement of integrated biometric-based attendance systems and encourage further integration with more comprehensive and automated human resource platforms.
