    Abstract

    Dalam menghadapi tantangan global pada abad ke-21, diperlukan beberapa keterampilan yang perlu diasah siswa sebagai agent of change. Keterampilan rekayasa merupakan kemampuan menghasilkan sebuah solusi dari beberapa opsi sebagai bentuk pemecahan suatu masalah. Isu food loss merupakan salah satu fenomena yang masih belum teratasi sepenuhnya di Indonesia di mana hal ini dapat mempengaruhi ketercapaian Zero Hunger. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi terkait pembelajaran proyek STEM-ESD Zero Hunger terhadap keterampilan rekayasa dan peningkatan aksi siswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 65 siswa kelas X di salah satu sekolah menengah atas di Kota Bandung. Keterampilan rekayasa diukur berdasarkan rubrik penilaian kinerja keterampilan rekayasa siswa berdasarkan 22 indikator penilaian dengan skor penilaian 1-4. Aksi siswa diukur menggunakan kuisioner aksi yang berisi penilaian tentang tindakan siswa yang berkaitan dengan aksi zero hunger dengan menggunakan skala Likert 4 poin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai keterampilan siswa berada pada 74,5% di mana hasil tersebut berada pada kategori hasil belajar yang cukup baik setelah melaksanakan pembelajaran proyek STEM-ESD Zero Hunger. Kemudian aksi siswa menunjukkan peningkatan ke arah positif namun dalam kategori rendah berdasarkan nilai skor N-Gain sebesar 0,0679. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran proyek STEM-ESD berpotensi untuk dikembangkan dan diterapkan di sekolah dalam pendidikan formal untuk meningkatkan aksi berkelanjutan dan mengembangkan keterampilan rekayasa siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan global. Akan tetapi perlu diperhatikan kembali dari segi waktu keterlaksanaan guna mencapai keterampilan rekayasa dan peningkatan aksi siswa yang lebih maksimal. In facing global challenges in the 21st century, students need to acquire several skills as agents of change. Engineering skills are the ability to generate a solution from several options as a form of problem-solving. Food loss is one of the phenomena that has not yet been fully addressed in Indonesia, which can affect the achievement of Zero Hunger. This study aims to obtain information related to STEM-ESD Zero Hunger project learning on engineering skills and increased student action. The research design used in this study is a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted on 65 tenth-grade students at a senior high school in Bandung. Engineering skills were measured based on a rubric for assessing students' engineering skills performance based on 22 indicators with a scoring scale of 1-4. Student actions were measured using an action questionnaire containing assessments of students' actions related to Zero Hunger using a 4-point Likert scale. The results of the study showed that students' skill scores were at 74.5%, which was in the category of satisfactory learning outcomes after implementing the STEM-ESD Zero Hunger project-based learning. Student actions showed a positive increase but remained in the low category based on the N-Gain score of 0.0679. This shows that the implementation of STEM-ESD project-based learning has the potential to be developed and applied in formal education to enhance sustainable action and develop students' engineering skills in facing global challenges. However, it is necessary to reconsider the time required for implementation in order to achieve maximum engineering skills and improvement in student action.
