Abstract
Perusahaan berbasis teknologi memiliki tantangan dalam hal sumber daya manusia terutama yang berkaitan dengan keterikatan karyawannya, dikarenakan meskipun perusahaan semacam ini mengizinkan karyawannya untuk bekerja dari manapun namun tetap menghadapi permasalahan karyawan yang tidak merasa terikat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat digital employee engagement yang dipengaruhi oleh digital leadership dengan menggunakan digital organizational culture dan employer branding sebagai mediator. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui survei pada 245 karyawan yang bekerja secara remote. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap digital employee engagement baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi digital organizational culture serta employer branding. Namun, pengaruh yang paling besar didapatkan ketika digital leadership terlebih dulu melalui digital organizational culture untuk meningkatkan digital employee engagement. Kontribusi praktis dari hasil penelitian ini menekankan pada pentingnya budaya organisasi yang dibentuk dan dipertahankan oleh pimpinan organisasi karena pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan keterikatan karyawan yang bekerja di dalamnya. Technology-based companies have challenges in terms of human resources, especially those related to employee engagement, because even though these types of companies allow their employees to work from anywhere, they still face the problem of employees who do not feel engaged. This study aims to analyze the level of digital employee engagement influenced by digital leadership using digital organizational culture and employer branding as mediators. This study uses a quantitative descriptive and verification approach, with data collected through a survey of 245 employees who work remotely. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the study show that digital leadership has a significant positive influence on digital employee engagement both directly and through the mediation of digital organizational culture and employer branding. However, the greatest influence is obtained when digital leadership first goes through digital organizational culture to increase digital employee engagement. The practical contribution of the results of this study emphasizes the importance of organizational culture that is formed and maintained by organizational leaders because it can ultimately increase the engagement of employees who work in it
