Abstract
ABSTRAK Aulia Namira (2106157), Pengaruh Moral Reasoning dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Bystander Bullying pada Siswa SMP di Kota Bandung. Program Studi Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (2025). Fenomena bullying merupakan salah satu permasalahan serius dunia Pendidikan. Dalam situasi bullying, bystander (pengamat) memegang peran penting dalam menentukan arah terjadinya bullying. bystander memiliki empat peran yaitu assistant, outsider, defender, dan digital defender. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Moral Reasoning dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Bystander Bullying pada Siswa SMP di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan analisis parametrik dan non-parametrik. Responden (N=561) adalah siswa SMP di kota bandung yang terdiri dari kelas 1, 2, dan 3. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari alat ukur moral reasoning yang dikembangkan oleh Gibbs (1992) dan dimodifkasi oleh Suherlan, N. I (2024); General Self-Efficacy scale (GSES) yang dikembangkan oleh Schwarzer & Jerusalem (1995) dan di adaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Novrianto et al. (2019); Alat ukur bystander bullying yang dikembangkan oleh Maslihah et al., (2024) yang digunakam untuk mengukur peran-peran bystander bullying. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa moral reasoning dan self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap bystander bullying tipe outsider (X1 p = 0.001, X2 p = 0.002, R^2 0.072) dan defender (X1 p = 0.002, X2 p = 0.012, R^2 0.048). Sedangkan untuk tipe assistant (X1 p = 0.015, X2 p = 0.877) dan digital defender (X1 p = 0.686, X2 p = 0.374) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. In bullying situations, bystanders play a crucial role in determining the direction of bullying. Bystanders have four roles: assistant, outsider, defender, and digital defender. This study aims to examine the influence of Moral Reasoning and Self-Efficacy on Bystander Bullying among Junior High School Students in Bandung City. The method used was quantitative with parametric and non-parametric analysis. The respondents (N=561) were junior high school students in Bandung City consisting of grades 1, 2, and 3. The research instrument consisted of a moral reasoning measurement tool developed by Gibbs (1992) and modified by Suherlan, N. I (2024); the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) developed by Schwarzer & Jerusalem (1995) and adapted into Indonesian by Novrianto et al. (2019); and the bystander bullying measurement tool developed by Maslihah et al. (2024) used to measure the roles of bystander bullying. The analysis results indicate that moral reasoning and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on outsider-type bystander bullying (X1 p = 0.001, X2 p = 0.002, R^2 0.072)and defender-type bystander bullying (X1 p = 0.002, X2 p = 0.012, R^2 0.048). Meanwhile, for the assistant type (X1 p = 0.015, X2 p = 0.877) and digital defender type (X1 p = 0.686, X2 p = 0.374), there was no significant influence.
