Abstract
Literasi membaca dan numerasi di Indonesia tergolong dalam kategori rendah, sehingga pemerintah membuat kebijakan baru salah satunya berupa penerapan AKM dalam Asesmen Nasional. Dengan demikian, diperlukan integrasi penguatan literasi membaca dan numerasi pada semua mata pelajaran, salah satunya melalui pengembangan dan penerapan instrumen berbasis AKM sebagai alat untuk memantau kemajuan belajar dan memberi umpan balik yang konstruktif. Hasil observasi beberapa SMA di Pekanbaru, Riau belum menunjukkan penerapan soal AKM pada pembelajaran biologi, sehingga dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan menghasilkan instrumen tes untuk mengukur literasi membaca dan numerasi pada materi bioproses tumbuhan dan hewan. Pengembangan soal berbasis AKM pada materi bioproses tumbuhan dan hewan belum banyak dilakukan oleh peneliti lain maupun guru biologi, namun memiliki keterkaitan kuat dengan konteks kehidupan nyata, sehingga berpeluang dikembangkan menjadi teks informasi dan data numerik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan tipe ADDIE, meliputi analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari angket untuk guru, wawancara guru, angket untuk peserta didik, soal literasi membaca dan numerasi, angket uji keterbacaan, dan lembar catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pemodelan Rasch berbantuan software Ministep meliputi, analisis validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, wright map, serta bias DIF. Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini sebagai berikut, dibutuhkan pengembangan soal literasi membaca dan numerasi karena tidak tersedianya soal AKM yang disebabkan minimnya pelatihan bagi guru, sehingga peserta didik tidak terbiasa dalam menggunakan soal-soal AKM, Blueprint soal yang dihasilkan memenuhi karakteristik AKM, karakteristik butir soal yang telah dikembangkan mewakili komponen utama AKM yang menghasilkan 58 butir valid dari 75 item, serta literasi membaca dan numerasi peserta didik di tiga sekolah masih berada pada kategori intervensi khusus. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan instrumen AKM mampu mendeteksi butir soal dengan baik. Disimpulkan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk mengukur literasi membaca dan numerasi berbasis AKM pada materi bioproses tumbuhan dan hewan SMA. Reading and numeracy literacy in Indonesia is classified as low, so the government has made a new policy, one of which is the implementation of AKM in the National Assessment. Thus, it is necessary to integrate the strengthening of reading literacy and numeracy in all subjects, one of which is through the development and application of AKM-based instruments as a tool to monitor learning progress and provide constructive feedback. The results of observations of several high schools in Pekanbaru, Riau have not shown the application of AKM questions to biology learning, so research was carried out aimed at producing test instruments to measure reading literacy and numeracy in plant and animal bioprocess materials. The development of AKM-based questions on plant and animal bioprocess materials has not been widely carried out by other researchers or biology teachers, but it has a strong connection with the real-life context, so it has the opportunity to be developed into information texts and numerical data. This research uses ADDIE-type development methods, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used consisted of questionnaires for teachers, teacher interviews, questionnaires for students, reading and numeracy literacy questions, readability test questionnaires, and field note sheets. Data analysis techniques using Rasch modeling assisted by Ministep software include, analysis of validity, reliability, difficulty, differentiation, wright map, and DIF bias. The findings of this study are as follows, the development of reading literacy and numeracy questions is needed because of the unavailability of AKM questions due to the lack of training for teachers, so that students are not used to using AKM questions, the resulting question blueprint meets the characteristics of AKM, the characteristics of the question items that have been developed represent the main components of AKM which produce 58 valid items out of 75 items, Reading literacy and numeracy of students in three schools are still in the special intervention category. Therefore, the development of the AKM instrument is able to detect question items well. It was concluded that the developed instrument is feasible to be used to measure reading literacy and numeracy based on AKM in high school plant and animal bioprocess materials.
