    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam implementasi sikap manajerial kepala sekolah di Sekolah Dasar, dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Fokus utama penelitian adalah menganalisis bagaimana kepala sekolah menerapkan berbagai keterampilan sikap dalam menjalankan tugas kepemimpinan mereka. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini mencakup empat aspek utama, yaitu (1) implementasi keterampilan sikap konseptual, (2) implementasi keterampilan sikap administrasi, (3) implementasi keterampilan sikap manusiawi, dan (4) implementasi keterampilan sikap teknis kepala sekolah di Sekolah Dasar. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran komprehensif dan nuansa yang kaya mengenai praktik nyata implementasi sikap manajerial kepala sekolah di lapangan. Temuan studi akan mengidentifikasi kekuatan, tantangan, serta praktik terbaik yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dalam mengelola dan memimpin sekolah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat merumuskan implikasi praktis yang relevan bagi pengembangan profesional kepala sekolah, penyusunan program pelatihan kepemimpinan pendidikan, dan perumusan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih adaptif. Pada akhirnya, studi ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan efektivitas manajemen pendidikan di tingkat Sekolah Dasar, secara langsung mendukung upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan nasional. This study aims to thoroughly investigate the implementation of principals' managerial attitudes in Elementary Schools, utilizing a case study method. The primary focus of this research is to analyze how principals apply various attitudinal skills in carrying out their leadership duties. The research questions encompass four main aspects: (1) the implementation of conceptual attitudinal skills, (2) the implementation of administrative attitudinal skills, (3) the implementation of human attitudinal skills, and (4) the implementation of technical attitudinal skills by principals in Elementary Schools. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews with the principals. The findings of this study are expected to provide a comprehensive and nuanced picture of the actual practices of principals' managerial attitudes in the field. The study's findings will identify the strengths, challenges, and best practices applied by principals in managing and leading their schools. Furthermore, this research is also expected to formulate practical implications relevant to the professional development of principals, the design of educational leadership training programs, and the formulation of more adaptive educational policies. Ultimately, this study is anticipated to contribute significantly to enhancing the effectiveness of educational management at the Elementary School level, directly supporting efforts to improve national education quality.
