    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh job demand dan work stress terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan food and beverages di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain regresi sederhana dan berganda. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 410 responden dengan karakteristik karyawan food and beverages dengan minimal kerja 6 bulan, dan berdomisi di wilayah Kota Bandung. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan data adalah job demand dari Bekker & Demerouti yang sudah diadaptasi oleh Anggoro (2023), kemudian untuk work stress menggunakan Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSQ) yang diadaptasi oleh Sudarman (2016), dan alat ukur turnover intention dari Yuliana (2017). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa job demand dan work stress berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention. The aim of this study is to identify the influence of job demand and work stress on turnover intention among food and beverage employees in Bandung City. This research employed a quantitative approach with both simple and multiple regression designs. The sample consisted of 410 respondents who met the criteria of being food and beverage employees with a minimum of six months of work experience and residing in Bandung City. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling. The instruments used for data collection were the job demand scale by Bakker & Demerouti, adapted by Anggoro (2023); the Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSQ) for measuring work stress, adapted by Sudarman (2016); and the turnover intention scale by Yuliana (2017). Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that both job demand and work stress have a positive influence on turnover intention.
