    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kinerja yang valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur kompetensi teknis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pemrograman Web di SMK. Melalui pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, instrumen yang dikembangkan mengacu pada Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) untuk Junior Web Developer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian ini memiliki tingkat validitas tinggi (Aiken's V ≥ 0,70) dan reliabilitas yang baik (ICC = 0,847), serta dapat diterapkan dengan efektif dalam menilai keterampilan praktikum siswa. Penelitian ini mengisi kekosongan dalam pengukuran kompetensi teknis yang relevan dengan dunia kerja. This study aims to develop a valid and reliable performance assessment instrument to measure students' technical competencies in the Web Programming subject at Vocational High Schools (SMK). Using a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, the developed instrument is based on the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) for Junior Web Developers. The results show that the assessment instrument has high validity (Aiken’s V ≥ 0.70) and good reliability (ICC = 0.847), and can be effectively applied to assess students' practical skills. This research fills a gap in measuring technical competencies relevant to the workforce.
