    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan daya tarik pariwisata budaya Tionghoa di Kawasan Pecinan Glodok Petak Sembilan Jakarta. Kawasan ini memiliki nilai historis, budaya, dan ekonomi yang potensial sebagai destinasi wisata budaya unggulan, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung di lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan pihak terkait, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) yang dipadukan dengan perhitungan Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) dan External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) untuk mengidentifikasi posisi strategis kawasan dan merumuskan strategi yang tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kawasan Pecinan Glodok berada pada posisi kuadran I, yang berarti memiliki kekuatan dan peluang besar untuk dikembangkan melalui strategi pertumbuhan agresif. Strategi yang dihasilkan meliputi optimalisasi potensi budaya melalui pelestarian tradisi, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan wisata, penguatan promosi digital, serta kolaborasi antara pemerintah, komunitas lokal, dan pelaku usaha untuk menciptakan pengelolaan yang mampu meningkatkan daya saing destinasi di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. This study aims to formulate strategies for developing the appeal of Chinese cultural tourism in the Glodok Petak Sembilan Chinatown area of Jakarta. This area has historical, cultural, and economic value as a potential cultural tourism destination, but it still faces various challenges in its management and development. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as direct field observations, in-depth interviews with relevant parties, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) approach combined with Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) calculations to identify the strategic position of the area and formulate appropriate strategies. The results of the study show that the Glodok Chinatown area is in quadrant I, which means it has great strengths and opportunities for development through aggressive growth strategies. The strategies produced include optimizing cultural potential through the preservation of traditions, improving the quality of tourism services, strengthening digital promotion, and collaboration between the government, local communities, and business actors to create management that can increase the competitiveness of the destination at the national and international levels.
