    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana penggunaan media sosial TikTok memengaruhi akhlakul karimah peserta didik sekolah dasar di salah satu SDN kecamatan Dayeuhkolot. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya intensitas penggunaan TikTok di kalangan peserta didik yang menimbulkan kekhawatiran terhadap munculnya perilaku menyimpang, penggunaan bahasa yang tidak pantas, serta menurunnya sikap kesantunan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, observasi non-partisipatif, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan guru dan orang tua. Sampel terdiri dari 71 siswa kelas IV dan V yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik memiliki tingkat penggunaan TikTok yang tinggi, dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 32,15. Sementara itu, akhlakul karimah mereka berada pada kategori sedang hingga rendah, dengan nilai rata-rata 21,62. Berdasarkan uji korelasi Pearson, ditemukan hubungan negatif yang kuat dan signifikan antara penggunaan TikTok dan akhlakul karimah, dengan nilai koefisien -0,755 (p < 0,001). Uji regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu satuan skor penggunaan TikTok mengakibatkan penurunan skor akhlakul karimah sebesar 0,515 poin, berdasarkan persamaan Y = 38,175 - 0,515X. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dari penggunaan TikTok terhadap akhlakul karimah peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar orang tua dan guru lebih aktif dalam melakukan pengawasan serta memberikan bimbingan dalam penggunaan media sosial. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi landasan bagi upaya pembinaan karakter peserta didik di era teknologi. Kata Kunci: Akhlakul karimah, Media sosial, siswa sekolah dasar B.This study aims to analyze the extent to which the use of TikTok social media influences the moral character (akhlakul karimah) of elementary school students at SDN Dayeuhkolot 2. The background of this research is based on the increasing intensity of TikTok use among students, which raises concerns about the emergence of deviant behaviors, the use of inappropriate language, and a decline in politeness. A quantitative approach with an associative causal design was employed, with data collected through questionnaires, non-participant observations, and semi-structured interviews with teachers and parents. The sample consisted of 71 fourth- and fifth-grade students selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that most students had a high level of TikTok use, with an average score of 32.15. Meanwhile, their moral character was generally in the medium to low category, with an average score of 21.62. Pearson correlation testing revealed a strong and significant negative relationship between TikTok use and moral character (coefficient = -0.755, p < 0.001). Simple linear regression analysis indicated that each one-point increase in TikTok usage score resulted in a 0.515-point decrease in moral character score, as represented by the equation Y = 38.175 – 0.515X. The conclusion of this study indicates a significant negative effect of TikTok use on students’ moral character. Therefore, it is recommended that parents and teachers play a more active role in supervising and guiding social media use.
