Abstract

Secara Umum Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai (Value-Based Leadership) Kepala Sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Kejaksan Kota Cirebon.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripti dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 71 guru di SD Negeri sekecamatanKejaksan Kota Cirebon secara random sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil Perhitungan kecenderungan umum dengan menggunakan Weighted Mean Scored (WMS), menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai (Value-Base Leadership) kepala sekolah pada SD Negeri di Kecamatan Kejaksan Kota Cirebon termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,39 dan disiplin kerja guru di SD Neger se-kecamatanKejaksan Kota Cirebon termasuk dalam kategori yang sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,42. Nilai korelasi yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil penghitungan antara variabel X (Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai) dengan variabel Y (Disiplin kerja guru ) diperoleh sebesar 0,753 yang bermakna bahwa korelasi kedua variabel berada pada tingkat hubungan berada pada kategori cukup kuat . Berdasarkan Hasil Uji Signifikansi dengan uji –t dengan nilai signifikan 5% dan jumlah responden sebanyak 71 diperoleh thitung= 9,493 dan diketahui ttabel= 1,667 jika dibandingkan yaitu : Thitung, 9,493 >Ttabel1,667) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dan disiplin kerja guru . Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel Y (Disiplin Kerja Guru) pada SD Negeri di Kecamatan Kejaksan Kota Cirebon dipengaruhi 56,6% oleh variabel X (Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai), sedangkan sisanya 43 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. adapun saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagi guru diharapkan dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerjanya melalui kesadaran diri. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan berbasis Nilai, Disiplin Kerja In general this Research aims determine the image about the Effect of a Values-Based Leadership of Headmaster toward Working Discipline of teachers in public primary schools throughout Subdistrictkejaksan of Cirebon city. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. data collection technique using a closed questionnaire distributed to 71 teachers randomly as the Research sample. General trend calculate with the Weighted Mean Scored (WMS), The Result indicate that the Values-Based Leadership of headmaster included in the excellent category with an average score of 4.39 and Working Discipline of teachers included in the excellent category with an average score of 4.42 in public primary schools throughout Subdistrictkejaksan of Cirebon city. Correlation value is calculated variable X (Values-Based Leadership) with a variable Y (Discipline of teachers), obtained for 0.753 which means that the correlation between the two variables at the level of the relationship is strong enough. Results of Significance test with t-test, a value significane is 5% and 71 respondents obtained tcount = 9.493 and ttable = 1.667 if compared: tcount 9.493>ttable 1,667) means that there is a significant relationship between values-based leadership and working discipline of teachers. The results of coefficient of determination indicates that the variable Y (Discipline of teachers) in public primary schools throughout kejaksan of Cirebon city 56.6% influenced by the variable X (Values-Based Leadership), while the remaining 43% is influenced by other factors. The suggestion of this research is expeckted Teachers to improve their working discipline through self-awareness. Key word : value based leadership and working discipline
