    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Penggunaan bawang dayak (Eleutherine bulbosa) salah satu bahan alternatif untuk penambahan pada pakan komersial, yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui potensi Bawang Dayak (Eleutherine bulbosa) sebagai feed additive untuk mengoptimalkan pakan komersial terhadap pertumbuhan Ikan Lele Sangkuriang (Clarias gariepinus). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak bawang dayak (Eleutherine bulbosa) dalam pakan terhadap pertumbuhan dan kesehatan ikan lele sangkuriang (Clarias gariepinus). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan, yaitu K (tanpa ekstrak bawang dayak), P1 (0,5 g/kg), P2 (1 g/kg), dan P3 (1,5 g/kg). Parameter utama yang diamati adalah pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, bobot mutlak, rasio konversi pakan (FCR), kelangsungan hidup (SR%) dan SGR. Parameter pendukung yang diamati yaitu hematologi ikan meliputi hemoglobin (Hb), hematokrit (Ht), eritrosit (SDM), dan leukosit (SDP) serta kualitas air. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA dan uji lanjutan Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak bawang dayak pada pakan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) pada pertumbuhan panjang dan bobot ikan, FCR, SR, SGr serta nilai Leukosit dan kadar hematologi. Namun, berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar eritrosit dan hematokrit pada perlakuan P3 (1,5 g/kg). Kata kunci: Ekstrak Bawang Dayak, Ikan Lele Sangkuriang, Dosis, Hematologi ABSTRACT The use of Dayak onion (Eleutherine bulbosa) is one of the alternative ingredients for addition to commercial feed, which was carried out to determine the potential of Dayak onion (Eleutherine bulbosa) as a feed additive to optimize commercial feed for the growth of Sangkuriang Catfish (Clarias gariepinus). This study aims to determine the effect of giving Dayak onion extract (Eleutherine bulbosa) in feed on the growth and health of Sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus). This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely K (without Dayak onion extract), P1 (0.5 g / kg), P2 (1 g / kg), and P3 (1.5 g / kg). The main parameters observed were absolute length growth, absolute weight, feed conversion ratio (FCR), survival (SR%) and SGR. Supporting parameters observed were fish hematology including hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Ht), erythrocytes (HR), and leukocytes (WBC) as well as water quality. Data analysis used ANOVA and Duncan's follow-up test. The results showed that the administration of Dayak onion extract to the feed had no significant effect (P<0.05) on fish length and weight growth, FCR, SR, SGr, leukocyte counts, and hematological levels. However, it had a significant effect on erythrocyte and hematocrit levels in treatment P3 (1.5 g/kg). Keywords: Dayak Onion Extract, Sangkuriang Catfish, Dosage, Hematology
