Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Blooket terhadap pemahaman peserta didik kelas V pada materi Sumber Daya Alam mata pelajaran IPAS. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah rendahnya pemahaman siswa akibat media pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen, melibatkan dua kelas: kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 15 nomor yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Analisis N-Gain menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik kelas eksperimen berada pada kategori peningkatan tinggi dan cukup efektif, sedangkan peserta didik di kelas kontrol dominan berada pada kategori sedang dan rendah. Penggunaan media Blooket mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, aktif, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik secara kognitif maupun emosional. This study aimed to determine the effect of using Blooket media on the understanding of fifth-grade students in the topic of Natural Resources in the IPAS subject. The problem addressed was the low level of student understanding due to conventional learning media that were less interactive. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving two classes: an experimental class and a control class. The instrument used was a multiple-choice test consisting of 15 items administered before and after the treatment. The results showed that the average post-test score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. The N-Gain analysis indicated that most students in the experimental class were in the high improvement category and fairly effective, whereas students in the control class were predominantly in the medium and low categories. The use of Blooket media was able to create a fun and active learning atmosphere, and increase students’ cognitive and emotional engagement.
