Abstract
Penilaian praktik yang subjektif dan tidak mengacu pada standar kompetensi menjadi penyebab rendahnya kesiapan kerja lulusan SMK, khususnya di bidang jaringan komputer. Dibutuhkan instrumen asesmen yang objektif, valid, dan reliabel untuk mendukung penilaian berbasis kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Performance Assessment berupa jobsheet, rubrik, dan lembar penilaian yang mengacu pada SKKNI No. 321 Tahun 2016 bidang Junior Network Administrator. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) model 4D (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate) dengan evaluasi formatif melalui self evaluation, one-to-one, dan small group. Hasil validasi Aiken’s V menunjukkan seluruh komponen memiliki validitas tinggi (V > 0,80). Uji reliabilitas Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) menunjukkan reliabilitas sangat tinggi (ICC > 0,90). Implementasi lapangan membuktikan instrumen efektif untuk pembelajaran praktik serta mendukung penilaian objektif dan terstandar.; ----- Subjective and non-standardized practical assessments contribute to the low work readiness of vocational high school (SMK) graduates, particularly in computer networking. An objective, valid, and reliable assessment instrument is needed to support competency-based evaluation. This study develops a Performance Assessment in the form of jobsheets, assessment rubrics, and scoring sheets referring to Indonesia’s National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) No. 321 of 2016 for the Junior Network Administrator field. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) and formative evaluations through self-evaluation, one-to-one, and small group. The validity test using Aiken’s V indicated all components had high validity (V > 0.80). Reliability testing using the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) showed very high reliability (ICC > 0.90). Field implementation proved the instrument is effective for practical learning and supports objective, standardized assessment.
