Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh temuan awal bahwa masih terbatasnya media pembelajaran interaktif yang digunakan di kelas, sehingga materi tidak tervisualisasikan dengan baik. Hal ini menyebabkan peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi membandingkan bilangan pecahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia interaktif berbasis Genially pada materi membandingkan bilangan pecahan di kelas V Sekolah Dasar, dan mengetahui kelayakan media tersebut dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan diantaranya, Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate. Pada tahap analisis, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara kepada pendidik dan penyebaran angket kepada peserta didik. Tahap desain meliputi penyusunan GBPM, storyboard, pemilihan platform, dan perangkat pembelajaran. Tahap pengembangan meliputi pembuatan multimedia interaktif menggunakan platform Genially, dan integrasi platform Canva, YouTube, CapCut, serta Padlet. Tahap implementasi yaitu uji coba media kepada peserta didik dan pendidik kelas V melalui uji coba kelompok kecil dan besar. Pada tahap evaluasi diperoleh tanggapan positif dari peserta didik dan pendidik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif berbasis Genially layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran membandingkan bilangan pecahan. Penggunaan multimedia interaktif membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih interaktif, memudahkan pemahaman peserta didik melalui visualisasi materi yang baik dan menarik, serta memotivasi mereka untuk belajar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis Genially pada materi membandingkan bilangan pecahan di kelas V Sekolah Dasar. This research was motivated by initial findings that there is still a limited amount of interactive learning media used in classrooms, resulting in poor visualization of the material. This causes students to experience difficulties in understanding the material on comparing fractions. This research aims to develop interactive multimedia based on Genially for fraction comparison material in fifth-grade elementary school classrooms and to determine the suitability of this medium in supporting the learning process. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. During the analysis stage, needs analysis was conducted through interviews with educators and the distribution of questionnaires to students. The design stage included the development of GBPM, storyboards, selection of the platform, and learning tools. The development stage involved the creation of interactive multimedia using the Genially platform, and the integration of the Canva, YouTube, CapCut, and Padlet platforms. The implementation stage involved testing the media with fifth-grade students and educators through small and large-scale pilot tests. During the evaluation stage, positive feedback was received from students and educators. The evaluation results indicated that the interactive multimedia based on Genially is suitable for use in teaching the comparison of fractions. The use of interactive multimedia makes learning more interactive, facilitates students' understanding through good and interestingvisualization of the material, and motivates them to learn. This research provides a real contribution to mathematics learning with the development of interactive multimedia based on Genially on the material of comparing fractions in fifth grade elementary school.
