Abstract
Media pembelajaran interaktif sangat dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) di sekolah dasar untuk membantu siswa memahami nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan cara yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Materi makna sila-sila Pancasila sering kali dianggap abstrak dan sulit dipahami jika disampaikan hanya melalui metode ceramah dan penggunaan buku teks. Masalah utama dalam pembelajaran PKn adalah rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap makna sila-sila Pancasila akibat penggunaan metode yang kurang variatif dan kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji penggunaan aplikasi "PANDARA" sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD pada mata pelajaran PKn. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Aplikasi PANDARA dibuat menggunakan Smart Apps Creator dan memuat fitur-fitur interaktif seperti video, lagu, kuis, dan permainan edukatif. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dari ahli materi dan media, aplikasi ini dinilai sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi PANDARA tergolong dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”, dengan persentase kelayakan media sebesar 92,14% dan kelayakan materi sebesar 96,66%. Uji coba terhadap 31 siswa dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar dari rata-rata nilai 47,42 menjadi 80,32. Respon guru dan siswa terhadap media ini sangat positif. Disarankan agar sekolah menyediakan fasilitas dan pelatihan dalam penggunaan media digital. Guru dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi ini sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang menarik. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan media serupa dengan materi yang lebih beragam dan fitur tambahan, serta dapat digunakan dalam berbagai situasi pembelajaran. Interactive learning media is essential for Civics education in elementary schools to help students understand the values of Pancasila in an engaging and enjoyable way. Materials such as the meaning of the Pancasila principles are often considered abstract and difficult to understand if delivered solely through lectures and textbooks. The main problem in Civics learning is students' low understanding of the meaning of the Pancasila principles due to the use of methods that lack variety and lack of active student involvement. This study aims to develop and test the use of the "PANDARA" application as an interactive learning medium to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students in Civics. The study was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) development model. The PANDARA application was created using Smart Apps Creator and contains interactive features such as videos, songs, quizzes, and educational games. Based on validation results from material and media experts, this application is considered very suitable for use in learning. Validation results show that the PANDARA application is categorized as "Very Feasible", with a media feasibility percentage of 92.14% and material feasibility of 96.66%. A trial on 31 students using a One Group Pretest-Posttest design showed an increase in learning outcomes from an average score of 47.42 to 80.32. Teacher and student responses to this media were also very positive. It is recommended that schools provide facilities and training in the use of digital media. Teachers can utilize this application as an interesting learning alternative. Further research can develop similar media with more diverse materials and additional features, and can be used in various learning situations.
