    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan subsektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023. Profitabilitas diukur menggunakan Return on Equity (ROE), likuiditas diukur menggunakan Current Ratio (CR), ukuran perusahaan diukur menggunakan Ln Total Assets dan nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan Price to Book Value (PBV). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan website resmi perusahaan yang bersangkutan berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan subsektor konstruksi bangunan tahun 2019-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 17 perusahaan subsektor konstruksi bangunan sebagai sampel dengan periode pengamatan selama lima tahun yaitu 2019-2023 sehingga data observasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 data. Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda data panel menggunakan Common Effect Model (CEM). Berdasarkan hasil uji keberartian regresi (uji F) menunjukan bahwa model regresi dalam penelitian ini memiliki kebartian sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis berdasarkan uji keberartian koefisien regresi (uji t) menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Nilai Perusahaan This study aims to determine the influence of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on firm value in heavy construction and civil engineering subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. Profitability is measured using the Return on Equity (ROE), liquidity is measured using the Current Ratio (CR), firm size is measured using the Ln total assets, and firm value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV). The methods used in this study are descriptive and verifiable methods with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses documentation in the form of secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the official websites of the respective companies in the form of annual financial reports of heavy construction and civil engineering sub-sector companies for the 2019–2023 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, resulting in 17 heavy construction and civil engineering subsector companies as samples for a five-year observation period from 2019–2023, leading to a total of 85 observational data points. The panel data multiple linear regression analysis technique uses the Common Effect Model (CEM). Based on the regression significance test (F-test), the regression model in this study is significant, allowing it to be used for drawing conclusions. The hypothesis testing results based on the coefficient significance test (t-test) show that profitability has no effect on firm value, liquidity has a positive effect on firm value, and firm size has no effect on firm value.
