    Abstract

    Transformasi digital menjadi kunci penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi operasional Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Namun, banyak UMKM menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola berbagai platform media sosial secara konsisten akibat keterbatasan sumber daya, keterampilan teknologi, dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan REST API sebagai solusi integrasi media sosial terpusat guna membantu UMKM dalam pengelolaan konten dan pengumpulan ulasan pelanggan dari berbagai platform. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adaptasi dari pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) yang mencakup tahapan seperti pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan, desain, pengujian, revisi, dan implementasi produk. Dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC Waterfall melalui tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. REST API dikembangkan menggunakan Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, dan Prisma ORM, dengan dokumentasi berbasis Swagger untuk memudahkan integrasi. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa REST API yang dirancang mampu mempermudah UMKM dalam melakukan unggah otomatis postingan, melihat data interaksi seperti jumlah suka dan komentar, serta mengumpulkan ulasan pelanggan dari berbagai platform dalam satu sistem terpusat. Sistem ini juga terbukti menghemat waktu, mudah digunakan, serta memiliki fitur yang jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Digital transformation plays an essential role in improving the competitiveness and operational efficiency of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. However, many MSMEs face challenges in consistently managing multiple social media platforms due to limited resources, technical skills, and time. This study aims to develop a REST API as a centralized social media integration solution to assist MSMEs in managing content and collecting customer reviews across various platforms. This research adapts the R&D method, which includes steps like gathering information, planning, design, testing, revising, and implementing the product. The system development follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, which includes analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. The REST API was developed using Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM, with Swagger API documentation to facilitate integration. Testing was conducted using Black Box and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methods. The results indicate that the designed REST API effectively simplifies the process for MSMEs to automatically upload posts, view engagement data such as likes and comments, and gather customer reviews from multiple platforms within a centralized system. This system has also been proven to save time, be user-friendly, and offer clear and easily understandable features for users.
