    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan kemampuan seseorang dalam menelaah informasi secara lebih mendalam, analitis, dan penuh pertimbangan, sehingga kemampuan ini sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh setiap individu di abad 21. Oleh sebab itu, proses pembelajaran dan penilaian perlu dirancang sedemikian rupa agar dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang efektivitas model pembelajaran RADEC berbasis portofolio terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik sekolah dasar pada materi sumber dan perubahan energi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode eksperimen dengan desain pre eksperimental jenis one-group pretest-posttest, yang melibatkan 22 orang peserta didik kelas VI SDN Kunci 01, Kecamatan Sidareja, Kabupaten Cilacap. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu instrumen soal tes pilihan ganda kemampuan berpikir kritis. Data penelitian didapatkan dari tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (posttest) yang bertujuan untuk membandingkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan. Data mentah berupa skor yang didapatkan peserta didik diolah menggunakan analisis rasch stacking dan racking. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran RADEC berbasis portofolio memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap rata-rata pretest kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dengan nilai logit sebesar 0,64 menjadi 2,37 logit saat posttest, dengan selisih perubahan sebesar 1,73 termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, menunjukkan bahwa nilai Asymp. Sig. = 0,000, berarti bawa hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak, dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, sehingga terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik sebelum dan setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran RADEC berbasis portofolio. This study was motivated by the low critical thinking skills of students. Critical thinking skills are a person's ability to analyze information in depth, analytically, and thoughtfully, making these skills very important for every individual in the 21st century. Therefore, the learning and assessment processes need to be designed in such a way as to develop students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to provide an overview of the effectiveness of the RADEC portfolio-based learning model on the critical thinking skills of elementary school students in the subject of energy sources and changes. This study uses a quantitative experimental approach with a pre-experimental design of the one-group pretest-posttest type, involving 22 sixth grade students at SDN Kunci 01 Elementary School, Sidareja Subdistrict, Cilacap Regency. The instrument used was a multiple-choice test instrument for critical thinking skills. Research data were obtained from pre-tests and post-tests, which aimed to compare students' critical thinking skills before and after the intervention. Raw data in the form of scores obtained by students were processed using rasch stacking and racking analysis. The results of this study indicate that the RADEC portfolio-based learning model produces a significant difference in the average pretest critical thinking ability of students, with a logit value of 0.64 becoming 2.37 logit at the posttest, with a difference of 1.73, which falls into the high category. Furthermore, based on the results of the hypothesis test using the Wilcoxon test, the Asymp. Sig. value is 0.000, meaning that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, thus indicating a significant difference in students' critical thinking skills before and after the implementation of the RADEC portfolio-based learning model.
