Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya kunjungan wisatawan ke objek wisata Pantai Cipatujah dan tidak adanya keragaman atraksi/ kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan wisatawan di sana. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini membahas pengembangan atraksi/ kegiatan wisata yang dapat dikembangkan di objek wisata Pantai Cipatujah berdasarkan potensi yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi fisik dan kondisi sosial Pantai Cipatujah, mengidentifikasi potensi dan kendala yang ada, dan menganalisis pengembangan atraksi wisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan atraksi wisata adalah dengan analisis tapak, yaitu dengan menganalisis kondisi fisik dan kondisi sosial kawasan. Namun dalam pengembangan atraksi terdapat kendala, yaitu keadaan fisik laut yang ada dan kesadaran masyarakat sekitar terhadap pariwisata. Adapun atraksi yang dapat dikembangkan berdasarkan analisis tapak yang dilakukan adalah bersepeda, berkuda, jogging, voli pantai, sepak bola pantai, banana boat, speed boat, kanoing, bersampan, berenang, panggung hiburan, piknik, kerajinan tangan, dan menanam mangrove. Kata kunci: Pengembangan Atraksi Wisata, Pantai, Wisata Bahari. This research is motivated by problems of lack the tourists visiting the Cipatujah Beach and the absence of diversity of attractions/ tourist activity to do there. Therefore, in this research discusses the development of attractions/ tourist activity that can be developed in Cipatujah Beach based on the existing potential. The goals of this research are to identification the physics condition and social condition in Cipatujah Beach, to identification potentions and obstacles which existing there, and to the analysis development of tourist attraction. The research method used descriptive qualitative method, while the data analysis techniques used to development the tourist attraction is the site’s analysis, by analyzing the physical conditions and social conditions of the region. However, there are obstacles in the development of attractions, namely physical state of the existing marine and public awarness that can be development based on site’s analysis is cycling, beach volleyball, beach soccer, banana boat, speed boat, kanoing, boating, swimming, entertainment stage, picnic, handicrafts, and mangrove planting.
