Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh studi pendahuluan yang mengidentifikasi hambatan belajar peserta didik pada materi luas bangun datar segiempat. Peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep luas bangun datar segiempat, sehingga diperlukan perangkat dan proses pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain didaktis berbasis strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD), Group Investigation (GI), dan Teams Games Tournament (TGT). Ketiga strategi tersebut dikolaborasikan untuk saling melengkapi dan mengatasi kekurangan masing-masing strategi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Didactical Design Research (DDR) dengan tiga tahapan utama yaitu analisis prospektif (repersonalisasi dan rekontekstualisasi), analisis metapedadidaktik, dan analisis retrospektif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes dan observasi, dengan pengembangan desain dilakukan di kelas V SD Negeri Lembursitu. Desain didaktis dirancang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas sehingga proses pembelajaran lebih efektif, yang melalui tahapan diskusi, tes individu, investigasi kontekstual di lingkungan sekolah, serta turnamen. Hasil penelitian ini mencakup data hambatan belajar, pengembangan desain didaktis, dan implementasinya dalam pembelajaran. Pembelajaran menggunakan desain didaktis berbasis tiga strategi kooperatif tipe GI,TGT, dan STAD berhasil mengatasi beberapa hambatan belajar yang terprediksi, namun masih terdapatan hambatan belajar yang belum tertasi seperti kelancaran peserta didik pada operasi hitung perkalian dan pembagaian. Desain didaktis yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan pada materi luas bangun datar segiempat dengan beberapa revisi dan penyesuain sebelum digunakan. This study is motivated by a preliminary investigation that identified learning obstacles faced by students in mastering the concept of the area of quadrilateral shapes. Students experienced difficulties in understanding this concept, necessitating the development of effective teaching tools and learning processes to address these challenges. The research aims to develop a didactic design based on cooperative learning strategies, including Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD), Group Investigation (GI), and Teams Games Tournament (TGT). These three strategies are integrated to complement one another and mitigate the limitations of each approach. The research employs the Didactical Design Research (DDR) methodology, comprising three main stages: prospective analysis (repersonalization and recontextualization), metapedadidactic analysis, and retrospective analysis. Data collection techniques include tests and observations, with the design development conducted in a fifth- grade classroom at SD Negeri Lembursitu. The didactic design is structured to enhance the quality of classroom learning, making the process more effective through stages such as discussions, individual tests, contextual investigations within the school environment, and tournaments. This study encompasses data on learning obstacles, the development of didactic design, and its implementation in the learning process. The learning activities utilizing a didactic design based on three cooperative strategies GI, TGT, and STAD, successfully addressed several predicted learning obstacles. However, certain challenges remain unresolved, particularly students' fluency in performing multiplication and division operations. The developed didactic design can be applied to the topic of the area of quadrilateral plane figures, with some revisions and adjustments required prior to implementation.
