Abstract

Pendidikan kewirausahaan sangat diperlukan dalam era globalisasi ini, pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu program pemerintah khususnya Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional yang bertujuan untuk membangun dan mengembangkan manusia yang berjiwa kreatif, inovatif, sportif dan wirausaha. Dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan diharapkan adanya motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik. motivasi dalam dunia pendidikan dirasakan sangat penting salah satunya adalah motivasi belajar dan motivasi berprestasi. Agar dapat memotivasi peserta didik untuk berwirausaha, maka guru dan pihak sekolah bekerja sama dengan Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri guna melaksanakan praktek kerja industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk memperoleh gambaran pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri, 2) untuk memperoleh gambaran motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik. 3) untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik. Objek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII program keahlian pemasaran di SMKN 1 Bandung. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah praktek kerja industri (X) terhadap motivasi berwirausaha (Y). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verivikatif dan explanatory survey dengan teknik simple random sampling serta jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 16,0. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa praktek kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik sebesar 36,97%. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa praktek kerja industri memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Business education is very important in global era. It's one of the educational ministry program which has a purpose to build and to develop students to be a creative, inovatif and sportive entrepreneur. Students who are supported by entrepreneurship major, can be motivated to be a real entrepreneur. This kind of motivation is to motivate them in studying to get the best achievement goals. It means that students should facilitated to get an industrial training program in the related curriculum. The purpose of the research are 1) to get the real illustration of the industrial training program. 2) to get the ilistration of student's motivation in business. 3) to know the influence of the industrial training program to the students' motivation in business. The sample of the study is the twelfth grade studentsos SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The variable of this research are the idustrial training program (x) to the students' motivation in business (y). The method of the research aredescriftive, verivicative, and explanatory survey with the random sampling by 58 sample of population. The data analysis technique ia a liniearregretion by using SPSS 16,00 software system. The result of the research is that the industrial training program is influenced to the students' motivation in business in the amount of 26,11%. Based on the hypothesis, it can be known that the industrial training program has a positive influence to the studenyts' motivation in business.
