    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa dalam keilmuan ataupun istilah khusus dalam pembelajaran IPS serta rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa. Pembelajaran abad 21 menekankan pada pembelajaran yang bermakna untuk diterapkan, salah satu media yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah Educaplay, yang memungkinkan siswa untuk belajar secara interaktif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament berbantuan media Educaplay terhadap pemahaman konsep Ilmu IPS siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN 4 Nagri Kaler tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Pada kelas eksperimen menggunakan model Team Games Tournament dengan media Educaplay, sementara kelas kontrol menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh spemahaman konsep IPS pada siswa kelas eksperimen. Hal ini dilihat dari perolehan hasil uji regresi yaitu sebesar 0.527 atau 52.7 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan model pembelajaran interaktif dan berbasis teknologi untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif dan menyenangkan. Kata Kunci: Team Games Tournament, Educaplay, IPS, Pemahaman Konsep, Sekolah Dasar ----- This research is motivated by the problem of students' conceptual understanding ability in science or special terms in social studies learning and low student learning motivation. 21st century learning emphasizes meaningful learning to be applied, one of the effective media to achieve this goal is Educaplay, which allows students to learn interactively and enjoyably. This study aims to determine the effect of the Team Games Tournament type cooperative learning model assisted by Educaplay media on elementary school students' understanding of social studies concepts. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were fifth-grade students of SDN 4 Nagri Kaler in the 2024/2025 academic year. In the experimental class, the Team Games Tournament model was used with Educaplay media, while the control class used the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The results of the study showed that there was an influence on students' understanding of social studies concepts. This was seen from the results of the regression test, which was 0.527 or 52.7%. Thus, it can be concluded that there was an influence of the Team Games Tournament learning model in improving students' conceptual understanding. This study recommends the use of interactive and technology-based learning models to create active and enjoyable learning.
