Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih rendahnya kemampuan motorik halus anak kelompok B di RA Nurul Iman. Ditemukan permasalahan yaitu banyaknya anak kelompok B yang belum mampu melipat kertas dan masih ada beberapa anak yang masih kesulitan dalam mengancingkan baju. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini: (1) Bagaimana kondisi awal kemampuan motorik halus siswa kelompok B di RA Nurul Iman sebelum penerapan kegiatan memasak? (2) Bagaimana penerapan kegiatan memasak yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus siswa kelompok B di RA Nurul Iman? (3) Bagaimana peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus siswa kelompok B setelah penerapan kegiatan memasak di RA Nurul Iman?. Tujuan secara umum penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai penerapan kegiatan memasak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, refleksi. Yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B RA Nurul Iman sebanyak 19 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik halus anak meningkat setelah diberikan tindakan dalam setiap siklusnya. Anak dapat melipat kertas dan mengancingkan baju dengan baik. Rekomendasi bagi guru dan peneliti selanjutnya dapat menerapkan kegiatan memasak untuk menstimulasi kemampuan motorik halus anak, karena menarik dan menyenangkan dan memberikan kesan yang impresif (mendalam) bagi anak. This research is motivated still lack the fine motor skills of children in group B in RA Nurul Iman. Found the problem which is the number of children in group B who have not been able to fold up the paper and there are still some children who are still difficulties in buttoning clothes. Formulation of the problem in this study: (1) How the initial conditions fine motor skills of students in the group B at RA Nurul Iman before implementation cooking? (2) How does the application of cooking activities that can improve fine motor skills of students in the group B at RA Nurul Iman? (3) How does an increase in the fine motor skills of students in group B after application of cooking activity in RA Nurul Iman?. The overall aim of this study is to obtain an overview of the application of the cooking in improving fine motor skills of children. The method used in this study is action research method that consists of planning, action, observation, reflection. That is the subject of this study is the son of RA Nurul Iman in group B were 19 children. Data collection techniques in this study is through observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that children's fine motor skills increased after the given action in each cycle. Children can fold paper and fasten clothes well. Recommendations for teachers and researchers can further apply cooking activities to stimulate children's fine motor skills, as exciting and fun and gives the impression that impressive (deep) for children.
