Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan performance assessment dalam kegiatan praktikum pembuatan yoghurt terhadap pencapaian standar kompetensi menggunakan mikroorganisme dalam pengolahan (fermentasi) di SMK Negeri 1 Cidaun. Latar belakang dilaksanakannya penelitian ini yaitu karena keterbatasan guru dalam memantau kegiatan siswa, sehingga penilaian praktikum hanya dilakukan di akhir dan hanya aspek kognitif saja belum pada keseluruhan kinerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan adalah peserta didik SMK Negeri 1 Cidaun kelas X program keahlian Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan tes tertulis dan observasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes objektif pilihan ganda dan pedoman penilaian kinerja (performance assessment). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan penerapan performance assessment pada aspek kognitif berada pada kriteria cukup dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 63,91, aspek afektif berada pada kriteria baik sekali dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 89,6, dan aspek psikomotorik berada pada kriteria baik sekali dengan rata-rata nilai 86,9. This research aims to determine the application of performance assessment in the manufacture of yoghurt lab activities to the achievement of competency standards using microorganisms in processing (fermentation) in SMK Negeri 1 Cidaun. The background of the research is is because of the limitations of teachers in monitoring student activities, so that assessment is only done at the end of the practicum and cognitive aspects not only on the overall performance. The method used is descriptive method. Research subjects in research that has been conducted is the students of SMK Negeri 1 Cidaun class X program expertise Agricultural Product Processing Technology. Data collection techniquesis by written test and observation. The research instrument used was a multiple choice objective test and performance assessment guidelines. Based on the obtained results of research conducted at the conclusion of the application of cognitive performance assessment criteria are sufficient by average value of 63.91 class, affective aspects are at once both criteria by an average value of 89.6 class, and psychomotor aspects are the criteria very well by average value of 86.9.
