Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bentuk badan usaha dan umur kantor akuntan publik terhadap reputasi kantor akuntan publik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi logistik, yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics 27. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kantor Akuntan Publik aktif sesuai dengan izin Kementerian Keuangan di Indonesia pada tahun 2024. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus, sehingga seluruh populasi sebanyak 448 kantor akuntan publik dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, baik bentuk badan usaha maupun umur kantor akuntan publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reputasi kantor akuntan publik. Secara simultan, bentuk badan usaha maupun umur kantor akuntan publik terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap reputasi kantor akuntan publik. This study aims to examine the effect of the form of business entity and the age of Public Accounting Firms on their reputation. The research uses a quantitative approach with logistic regression analysis, processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27 software. The population in this study consists of all active Public Accounting Firms licensed by the Ministry of Finance in Indonesia in 2024. The sample was determined using the census method, thereby including the entire population of 448 Public Accounting Firms as the research sample. The analysis results indicate that, partially, both the form of business entity and the age of the Public Accounting Firms have a positive and significant effect on their reputation. Simultaneously, these two variables are also proven to have a significant influence on the reputation of Public Accounting Firms.
