    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi mahasiswa PGPAUD Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dalam mengelola pembelajaran inovatif selama mengikuti Program Penguatan Profesional Kependidikan (P3K). Kompetensi yang dimaksud mencakup tiga aspek utama yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL), Sains Technology Engineering Art and Mathematics (STEAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel terdiri dari 199 mahasiswa PGPAUD yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling dari populasi sebanyak 363 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi mahasiswa dalam mengelola pembelajaran inovatif berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis komparatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kompetensi mahasiswa dalam mengelola pembelajaran PjBL dengan PBL dan STEAM, serta antara PjBL dengan STEAM. Sementara itu, hasil analisis korelasional menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kompetensi mahasiswa dengan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola pembelajaran inovatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa PGPAUD telah memiliki kompetensi yang memadai dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif. This study aims to analyze the competency of PGPAUD students at the Indonesian Education University in managing innovative learning during the Professional Strengthening Program in Education (P3K). The competencies in question include three main aspects, namely knowledge, skills, and attitudes in implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL), Science Technology Engineering Art and Mathematics (STEAM) learning models. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 199 PGPAUD students selected through random sampling techniques from a population of 363 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the students' competency in managing innovative learning is in the high category. The results of comparative analysis shows that there are significant differences between students' competency in managing PjBL learning with PBL and STEAM, as well as between PjBL and STEAM. Meanwhile, the results of the correlation analysis show a significant relationship between students' competency levels and their abilities in managing innovative learning. This study concludes that PGPAUD students have adequate competency in implementing innovative learning.
