Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya adopsi teknologi keuangan di kalangan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) terutama usaha mikro. Salah satu teknologi keuangan yang ada sekarang adalah software akuntansi syariah yang penggunaannya masih jauh tertinggal dibandingkan software akuntansi non-syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Behavioral intention menggunakan software akuntansi syariah beserta faktor yang memengaruhinya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori atau Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions sebagai variabel independen dan Behavioral intention untuk menggunakan software akuntansi syariah sebagai variabel dependen. Pada penelitian ini pula digunakan variabel Literasi Keuangan Syariah sebagai variabel moderator. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pelaku usaha mikro Muslim di Kota Bandung, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 pelaku usaha mikro. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions secara signifikan mempengaruhi behavioral intention, sedangkan performance expectancy tidak. Selain itu, literasi keuangan syariah tidak memoderasi efek effort expectancy dan performance expectancy. Untuk meningkatkan niat penggunaan software akuntansi syariah di kalangan pelaku usaha mikro, pendekatan berbasis komunitas menjadi kunci, seperti melibatkan tokoh masyarakat dan komunitas sebagai agen edukasi. Pemerintah daerah dan penyedia software juga perlu rutin mengadakan pelatihan yang tidak hanya teknis, tetapi juga membangun pemahaman kontekstual. Medium Enterprises, especially micro businesses. This study aims to examine Behavioral intention to use sharia accounting software in Bandung City, and the factors that influence it. The theory that was used in this study is called the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Theory or Model. The independent variables are performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The dependent variable is the person's intention to use Islamic accounting software. In this study, the Islamic financial literacy variable was also used as a moderating variable. This research uses quantitative methods, which are analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research subjects were Muslim Micro entrepreneurs actors in Bandung City, with sample size of 100 Muslim Micro entrepreneurs. The results of this study reveal that effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions significantly affect behavioral intention, while performance expectancy does not. In addition, Islamic financial literacy does not moderate the effect of effort expectancy and performance expectancy. To increase the intention to use sharia accounting software among micro entrepruneur actors, a community-based approach is key, such as involving community leaders and the sharia community as educational agents. Local governments and software providers also need to regularly conduct training that is not only technical, but also builds contextual understanding.
