Abstract

Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran yang aktual dan jelas mengenai pengaruh pendampingan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar yang berada dalam wilayah binaan Gugus Diponegoro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner/angket, studi dokumentasi serta wawancara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas yang berada di wilayah binaan Gugus Diponegoro yang terdiri dari 45 responden. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan Weighted Mean Score (WMS), gambaran umum variabel X (pendampingan) berada dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,28. Sementara itu, gambaran umum variabel Y (kinerja guru) berada dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,34. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik. Analisis korelasi menggunakan Pearson Product Moment, diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y sebesar 0,522, menunjukkan bahwa korelasi kedua variabel berada pada tingkat hubungan yang positif dan cukup kuat. Selanjutnya, hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 27,2% sedangkan sisanya 72,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Adapun hasil uji signifikansi dengan uji-t diperoleh thitung=4,012 dan diketahui ttabel=2,021, jika dibandingkan yaitu thitung(4,012) > ttabel(2,021), artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pendampingan dengan kinerja guru. Selanjutnya pada tingkat hubungan fungsional antara variabel X dan variabel Y diperoleh persamaan regresi "Y" ̂"=26,009 + 0,522X" , artinya jika pengaruh pendampingan ditingkatkan, maka kinerja guru pun akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,522 sejalan dengan besarnya pengaruh pendampingan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pendampingan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini yaitu bagi Gugus Diponegoro diharapkan selalu meningkatkan pelaksanaan pendampingan dan bagi guru Sekolah Dasar dalam wilayah binaan Gugus Diponegoro diharapkan selalu meningkatkan kinerjanya terutama dalam keterampilan berkomunikasi Generally, this study aims to determine the actual and clear picture of the effect of coaching on teacher performance in elementary school who are in the target area Gugus Diponegoro. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire method, documentation studies and interviews. The sample in this study were classroom teacher who are in the target area Gugus Diponegoro consisting of 45 respondents. Based on calculations using the formula Weighted Mean Scored (WMS), an overview of the variables X (coaching) in the excellent category with an average score of 3,28. Meanwhile, an overview of the variable Y (teacher performance) in the excellent category with an average score of 3,34. Normality test result on the distribution of the data showed that variables X and Y are normally distributed, further analysis of the data using parametric statistics. Correlation analysis using Pearson Product Moment, correlation coefficient between variables X and Y is at 0,522, which shows that the correlation between the two variables is at a level that positive relationships and quite strong. Furthermore, coefficient of determination of test result showed that coaching influence on teacher performance of 27,2%, while the remaining 72,8% is influenced by other factors. The significance of the test result obtained with the t-test t=4,012 and ttable=2,021 compared to the 4,012>2,021, meaning that there is a significant relationship between coaching and teacher performance. Furthermore, at the level of the functional relationship between the variables X and Y obtained regression equation "Y" ̂"=26,009+0,522X" , meaning if the coaching effect increased, then the performance of teacher will increase by 0,522 in line with the magnitude of the effect of coaching. The conclusion states that the coaching have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in elementary schools. The suggestion from this study are excepted to Gugus Diponegoro always improve implementation coaching and for elementary school teacher in the target area Gugus Diponegoro is expected to always improve performance, especially in communication skills.
