Abstract

Halusinasi pendengaran menjadi kejadian paling sering dialami oleh penderita gangguan jiwa. Halusinasi biasanya disebabkan oleh kecemasan berlebih yang apabila tidak dikontrol, pengalaman sensori yang terganggu akan meningkat dan mengakibatkan perasaan terancam dengan halusinasinya sehingga frekuensi halusinasi meningkat, bahkan sampai terjadi gangguan psikotik berat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemberian terapi farmakologis dan non farmakologis yang lebih aman diterapkan karena tidak menimbulkan efek samping seperti obat-obatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan dan penerapan terapi musik klasik Mozart pada pasien halusinasi pendengaran. Metode yang digunakan yaitu laporan kasus melalui lima tahapan proses keperawatan berdasarkan Standar Asuhan Keperawatan Jiwa (SAK) mulai dari pengkajian, penegakan diagnosis, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi kepada salah satu klien yang mengalami halusinasi pendengaran di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi pada rekam medis. Setelah yang dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama empat hari, klien menunjukkan penurunan gejala halusinasi yang tercermin dari tidak adanya suara-suara tidak nyata yang didengarkan klien, klien sudah tidak tampak mondar-mandir dan tidak mengarahkan telinga ke tempat tertentu. Selain itu, klien dapat melakukan cara-cara mengendalikan halusinasi. Setelah diberikan terapi musik klasik Mozart, klien mengungkapkan perasaan rileks dan tenang. Dengan demikian, penerapan SAK dan pemberian intervensi dukungan terapi musik klasik Mozart dapat memberikan perubahan pada gejala halusinasi pendengaran yang semakin berkurang. Auditory hallucinations are the most common occurrence experienced by people with mental disorders. Hallucinations are usually caused by excessive anxiety which is not controlled. The disturbed sensory experience will increase and result in feelings of being threatened by the hallucinations, so that the frequency of hallucinations increases, even to the point of severe psychotic disorders. Therefore, it is necessary to provide pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy that is safer to apply because it does not cause side effects like drugs. This study aims to describe nursing care and the application of Mozart's classical music therapy in patients with auditory hallucinations. The method used is a case report through five stages of the nursing process based on the Mental Health Nursing Care Standards to one of the clients who experienced auditory hallucinations at the Mental Hospital of West Java Province. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation studies in medical records. After four days of nursing care, the client showed a decrease in hallucination symptoms as reflected in the absence of unreal voices heard by the client. The client no longer seemed to be pacing and did not direct his ears to a certain place. In addition, clients can find ways to control hallucinations. After being given Mozart classical music therapy, the client expressed feelings of relaxation and calm. Thus, the application of SAK and the provision of Mozart classical music therapy support interventions can provide changes in the symptoms of auditory hallucinations that are increasingly reduced.
