Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru di SMK 45 Lembang” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 50 responden guru di SMK 45 Lembang, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket tertutup dengan empat skala likert dengan alternatif jawaban yang berbeda. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan Weighted Means score (WMS) menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kepuasan kerja mendapatkan skor rata-rata 2,93 yang termasuk kedalam kategori baik dan kinerja mengajar guru mendapatkan skor rata-rata 2,70 yang dikategorikan baik. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik parametik. Analisis korelasi antara variabel X terhadap Y sebesar 0,593 artinya kedua variabel pada tingkat hubungan cukup kuat dan terdapat korelasi yang positif. Hasil uji signifikan korelasi dengan uji t pada variabel X terhadap Y diperoleh t_(hitung ) ≥ dari t_tabel (5,104 ≥ 1,734) artinya koefisien korelasi yang ditemukan adalah signifikan (dapat diberlakukan untuk populasi dimana sampel diambil). Hasil uji koefisien determinasi yaitu variabel X memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 35,2% dan sisanya 64,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru di SMK 45 Lembang. Methode was used in this research was deskriptive methode with kuantitatif approachment. The population of this research were 50 respondens of teacher in SMK 45 Lembang, file gethering was done with used closing quesioner with four scale likert with diffarent answer alternatif. The resulf of calculation used Weighted Mean Score (WMS) showed that motivation and job satisfaction has an average score of 2.93 is included in both categories and teaching performance of teachers get an average score of 2.70 is considered good. The result of normalitas test showed that variable X and variable Y distributed normally, then file’s analysis used parametic statistic. Corelation analysis between variable X to variable Y was 0,593. Mean t both of variable in relation level were strong enough and there was positive corelation. The test results significantly correlated with the test of T on the variable X to Y is obtained t_ (count) of ≥ t_tabel (5.104 ≥ 1,734) it means that the correlation coefficient was found significant (can be applied to a population where the sample was taken). The result of the determination coefficient of variable X gave influence to variable Y is 35.2% and the remaining 64.8% is influenced by other factors. Based on these research results we can conclude that there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and job satisfaction on the teaching performance of the teacher in SMK 45 Lembang.
