Abstract
Penerapan Pembelajaran Keterampilan Vokasional Membuat Cairan Pembersih Piring Pada Anak Autis di SLB RM Kota Bekasi Fokus penelitian mencakup kondisi objektif peserta didik, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional membuat cairan pembersih piring pada anak autis di SLB RM Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah tiga peserta didik dengan spektrum autisme yang dipilih berdasarkan keterlibatan mereka dalam pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional membuat cairan pembersih piring di SLB RM Kota Bekasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki kemampuan hard skill dan soft skill yang mendukung pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional ini. Perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan melalui asesmen minat dan bakat, yang kemudian disusun berdasarkan kemampuan masing-masing peserta didik. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama: tahap awal berupa pembukaan pembelajaran, tahap inti berupa penyampaian materi dan praktik pembuatan cairan pembersih piring, serta tahap akhir berupa penutupan dan refleksi. Evaluasi dilakukan secara langsung selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, disertai tindak lanjut berupa kerja sama dengan pihak-pihak terkait untuk memberdayakan peserta didik, termasuk memberdayakan hasil produk cairan pembersih piring yang dibuat. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional untuk menggali potensi anak autis agar mampu hidup mandiri setelah lulus sekolah. Dengan keterampilan yang dimiliki, peserta didik dapat memiliki daya saing dan diakui di lingkungan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: keterampilan vokasional, anak autis, cairan pembersih piring, SLB RM Kota Bekasi Application of Vocational Competency learning process on making dishwashing liquids for autistic children on SLB RM Kota Bekasi The focus of this research encompasses the objective condition of student, the planning, implementation as well as evaluation of the learning process. This study aims to understand the application of vocational competency learning process on making dishwashing liquids for the autistic students in SLB RM Kota Bekasi. This study utilizes a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subject of the research are three students within the autism spectrum chosen on behalf of their involvement in the learning process. Data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. The results indicate that these students have the hard and soft skills that would support the vocational learning process for this particular skill. The plan for the learning process is done through an assessment of interests and talents, and will then take into account the capability of each student. The implementation of the learning process includes three main steps. First there will be an introductory part of the course, followed by the main step of delivering learning materials and the practice of making such dishwashing liquids, and finally a closing session with reflections. Evaluation is done directly throughout the learning process, with a follow up of collaboration with stakeholders on empowerment of the students, especially through promotion of the end product of dishwashing liquids made. The implication of this study showcases the importance of application of Vocational Competency Learning process to extract the potential of autistic children to nurture independence in life after education.
