    Abstract

    Risiko perilaku kekerasan merupakan masalah kejiwaan dimana seseorang melakukan tindakan secara agresif dan impulsif kepada dirinya sendiri, orang lain ataupun lingkungan sekitarnya, masalah ini dapat terjadi karena seseorang kurang memiliki kendali terhadap kondisi emosinya. Risiko perilaku kekerasan dapat diatasi dengan tindakan keperawatan secara generalis, farmakologi dan juga tindakan terapi pendamping lainnya, salah satunya adalah senam aerobic low impact. Untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan dari terapi generalis keperawatan menurut Standar Asuhan Keperawatan dan terapi pendamping senam aerobic low impact. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian case report menguraikan penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada klien dengan gangguan risiko perilaku kekerasan melalui penerapan terapi senam aerobic low impact. Setelah diberikan implementasi keperawatan secara generalis dan terapi pendamping berupa senam aerobic low impact terjadi penurunan tanda dan gejala dari risiko perilaku kekerasan pada klien. Pemberian intervensi keperawatan ditambah dengan terapi pendamping senam aerobic low impact efektif untuk menurunkan tanda dan gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan. The risk of violent behavior is a mental health issue in which an individual acts aggressively and impulsively toward themselves, others, or their surroundings. This issue can arise when an individual lacks control over their emotional state. The risk of violent behavior can be addressed through general nursing interventions, pharmacology, and other complementary therapies, one of which is low-impact aerobic exercise. To describe the application of general nursing care in accordance with Nursing Care Standards and complementary therapy through low-impact aerobic exercise. This study uses a case report research method to outline the application of nursing care for clients with violent behavior risk disorders through the implementation of low-impact aerobic exercise therapy. After receiving general nursing interventions and complementary therapy in the form of low-impact aerobic exercise, there was a reduction in signs and symptoms of violent behavior risk in the client. The provision of nursing interventions combined with low-impact aerobic exercise therapy was effective in reducing signs and symptoms of violent behavior risk.
