    Abstract

    Penelitian ini ditunjukkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap employee well-being karyawan di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan convenience sampling berupa teknik accidental sampling. Kuesioner penelitian ini disebarkan secara daring kepada karyawan di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah responden yang didapatkan sebanyak 386 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan signifikansi (p < 0.05) dan dibantu oleh aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 30. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perceived organizational support yang telah dimodifikasi oleh Yuliani, L. (2017) dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0.748 dan employee well-being scale (EWBS) oleh Rahmi et al (2021) dengan reliabilitas 0.942. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee well-being. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on employee well-being of employees in Bandung City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling approach in the form of accidental sampling technique. This research questionnaire was distributed online to employees in Bandung City with the number of respondents obtained as many as 386 respondents. The data analysis in this study used simple linear regression with significance (p < 0.05) and was assisted by the IBM SPSS version 30 application. The instruments used in this study are perceived organizational support which has been modified by Yuliani, L. (2017) with a reliability of 0.748 and employee well being scale (EWBS) by Rahmi et al (2021) with a reliability of 0.942. The results showed that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee well-being.
