    Abstract

    Penelitian mendeskripsikan persepsi gen-z mengenai Inovasi Produk, Kualitas Fasilitas Wisata, Kualitas Pelayanan Wisata, dan Pengalaman Wisata Pengunjung Gen-Z di Museum Gedung Sate, Kota Bandung. Selanjutnya Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Inovasi Produk, Kualitas Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Pengalaman Wisata mempengaruhi Kepuasan Berwisata Pengunjung Gen-z di Museum Gedung Sate, Kota Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Regresi Linier Berganda pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada 123 responden gen-z yang sudah pernah mengunjungi Museum Gedung Sate menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Inovasi Produk mendapatkan hasil baik menurut responden, sedangkan Kualitas Fasilitas Wisata, Kualitas Pelayanan Wisata, Pengalaman Wisata dan Kepuasan Berwisata di Museum Gedung Sate dianggap dinilai sangat baik oleh responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan secara independen hanya Variabel Pengalaman Wisata yang memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Berwisata, sedangkan variabel lain yaitu, Inovasi Produk, Kualitas Fasilitas Wisata dan Kualitas Pelayanan Wisata tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Berwisata Pengunjung Gen-z. Secara simultan seluruh variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan berwisata gen-z This study describes Gen Z’s perception of Product Innovation, the Quality of Tourism Facilities, the Quality of Tourism Services, and the Tourism Experience of Gen Z visitors at the Gedung Sate Museum in Bandung. It also aims to analyze how Product Innovation, Facility Quality, Service Quality, and Tourism Experience influence the Tourism Satisfaction of Gen Z visitors at the Gedung Sate Museum. The research employs a quantitative approach using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Data was collected through surveys by distributing questionnaires to 123 Gen Z respondents who had previously visited the Gedung Sate Museum, using a probability sampling technique. The results indicate that the Product Innovation variable received a good rating from respondents, while the Quality of Tourism Facilities, the Quality of Tourism Services, Tourism Experience, and Tourism Satisfaction at the Gedung Sate Museum were rated as very good. The findings also reveal that, independently, only the Tourism Experience variable has a positive and significant influence on Tourism Satisfaction. Meanwhile, other variables—Product Innovation, the Quality of Tourism Facilities, and the Quality of Tourism Services—do not significantly affect the Tourism Satisfaction of Gen Z visitors. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on Gen Z's tourism satisfaction.
