Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan keterampilan proses sains dan penguasaan konsep siswa melalui metode pembelajaran field trip pada materi keanekaragaman hayati pada kelas X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Weak Experiment dengan desain penelitian One-group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung, sebanyak 1 kelas dengan jumlah 32 siswa pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2014-2015. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran field trip dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan penguasaan konsep siswa. Peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa menunjukkan N-gain sebesar 0,41 dengan kategori “sedang”. Untuk peningkatan penguasaan konsep siswa juga dapat dilihat dari N-gain yaitu sebesar 0,40 dengan kategori “sedang”. Berdasarkan data pengolahan angket, secara umum siswa memberikan tanggapan yang positif terhadap metode pembelajaran field trip. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran field trip dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan penguasaan konsep siswa pada materi keanekaragaman hayati serta terdapat korelasi positif antara keterampilan proses sains dengan penguasaan konsep siswa. This research provide to analyze the improvement of science process skills and mastery of concepts students are learning through field trips of the material method biodiversity. This research is to design research of Weak Experiment One group pretest-posttest-Design. The research samples were class X SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung, as much as 1 class with 32 students on a number of odd semester of school year 2014-2015. The results of the data analysis showed that the application field trip learning can enhance science process skills and mastery of concepts students. To improve science process skills students showed a gain of N-0,41 with the category "medium". To increase mastery of concepts students can also be seen from the N-gain that is equal to 0.40 with the category of "medium". Based on the data processing of the questionnaire, students generally responded positively to the learning methods field trip. From the results, it can be concluded that the field trip learning can improve mastery of science process skills and concepts students on the material of biological diversity and the positive correlation between science process skills with student mastery of concepts.
