    Abstract

    Survei kepuasan masyarakat merupakan proses pengukuran tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dan kualitas layanan yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara layanan publik. Saat ini, Badan Narkotika Nasional Republik Indonesia (BNN RI) sebagai salah satu lembaga penyelenggara layanan publik, masih melakukan survei kepuasan masyarakat secara silo. Hal tersebut menyebabkan sulitnya integrasi data sehingga memicu terjadinya pengelolaan data yang tidak efisien. Maka dari itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem satu pintu yang dapat dijadikan media yang efektif untuk mengelola data hasil survei kepuasan masyarakat di BNN. Perancangan dan pembangunan sistem dilakukan dengan metode agile development dan pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aspek functional suitability pada sistem diperoleh nilai sebesar 100%. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem sangat layak digunakan. Sementara itu, untuk aspek kegunaan atau usability, didapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 81,66 yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem masuk ke dalam grade A dengan kategori excellent. ----- Public satisfaction survey is a process of measuring the level of public satisfaction and the quality of services provided by public service providers. Currently, Badan Narkotika Nasional Republik Indonesia (BNN RI), as one of the public service providers, still conducts satisfaction surveys independently within each of its work units. This results in difficulties in data integration, leading to inefficient data management. Therefore, a one-stop system is needed as an effective medium to manage the results of public satisfaction surveys within BNN. The system was designed and developed using the agile development method, and system testing was carried out using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Usability Scale (SUS) instruments. Based on the test results, the functional suitability aspect of the system achieved a score of 100%, indicating that the system is highly feasible for use. Meanwhile, the usability aspect achieved an average score of 81,66, which places the system in grade A with an "excellent" category.
