Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Latihan rubber terhadap kemampuan smash SMA Negeri 1 Karang Bahagia Bekasi. Latihan rubber yang mengukur pengaruh terhadap kemampuan smash siswa SMA Negeri 1 Karang Bahagia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan “One Group Pretest-Postest Design” Melibatkan 10 siswa berusia 15 18 Tahun. Dengan hasil uji paired sampel test untuk pre test di peroleh rata-rata hasil 13.20 dan hasil post test 37.80. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini nilai koefisien (Coreralation) sebesar 0.289 dengan nilai signifikansi (sig.) sebesar 0.417, karena nilai sig 0.417 < probabilitas 0.05, maka di katakan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara variabel pre test dan post test. Nilai t hitung > t tabel,maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil diketahui t hitung bernilai negatif yaitu sebesar -13,930. t hitung bernilai negatif ini disebabkan karena nilai rata rata hasil kemampuan smash pre test lebih rendah dari pada nilai rata rata hasil kemampuan smash. penelitian di ketahui nilai df adalah sebesar 9 dan nilai 0.05/2 sam dengan 0.025. Nilai ini digunakan sebagai dasar acuan dalam mencari nilai t tabel pada distribusi nilai t tabel statistik. Maka diperoleh nilai t tabel sebesar 2.262. Dan demikian karena nilai t hitung 13.930 > t tabel 2.262, maka sebagaimana dasar pengemabilan keputusan di atas dapat di simpulkan bahawa H0 di tolak dan Ha di terima. This study aims to analyze the effect of rubber training on the smash ability of SMA Negeri 1 Karang Bahagia Bekasi. Rubber training that measures its effect on the smash ability of students of SMA Negeri 1 Karang Bahagia. This study uses a quantitative method with a "One Group Pretest-Postest Design" plan involving 10 students aged 15-18 years. With the results of the paired sample test for the pre-test, an average result of 13.20 was obtained and the post-test result was 37.80. Based on the results of this study, the coefficient value (Correlation) is 0.289 with a significance value (sig.) Of 0.417, because the sig value of 0.417 <probability 0.05, it is said that there is an influence between the pre-test and post-test variables. The calculated t value> t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results, it is known that the calculated t value is negative, which is -13.930. The negative calculated t value is because the average value of the pre-test smash ability results is lower than the average value of the smash ability results. the research found that the df value is 9 and the value of 0.05/2 is equal to 0.025. This value is used as a basic reference in finding the t table value in the distribution of the t table statistical value. Then the t table value is found to be 2.262. And so because the calculated t value is 13.930> t table 2.262, then as the basis for decision making above, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
