Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Model Efek Mediasi Self Control Efficacy dan Entrepreneurial Motivation Pada Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Knowledge Terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention pada siswa SMK Negeri se-Kota Bengkulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan entrepreneurial knowledge, self control efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation dan entrepreneurship intention serta mengukur pengaruh pengaruh entrepreneurial knowledge terhadap entrepreneurship intention dimediasi oleh self control efficacy, entrepreneurship motivation. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif menggunakan metode Explanatory Survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMK Negeri Se-Kota Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 6.498 siswa, sedangkan sampel yang dijadikan yaitu 378 yang diambil secara proportionate strafied random sampling. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan statistic deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Grand theory dalam penelitian menggunakan Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) dan middle Tehory menggunakan Social Learning Theory (SLT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Self Control Efficacy, dan Entrepreneurial Motivation, Entrepreneurship Intention memiliki hubungan yang positif 2). Self Control Efficacy memediasi secara paralel pada pengaruh Entrepreneurial Knowledge terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention. 3). Entrepreneurial Motivation memediasi secara paralel pada pengaruh Entrepreneurial Knowledge terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention 4). Self Control Efficacy dan Entrepreneurial Motivation memediasi secara serial pada pengaruh Entrepreneurial Knowledge terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention. Penelitian ini mempunyai Novelty konsep baru yaitu self control efficacy yang berperan positif sebagai pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dan penelitian memiliki keterbatasan yang dimana bisa disempurnakan dalam penelitian selanjutnya yang memiliki kesamaan tema. This study analyzes Model of the Mediation Effect of Self Control Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Motivation on the Influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge on Entrepreneurship Intention in students of State Vocational High Schools throughout Bengkulu City. The purpose of this study is to describe entrepreneurial knowledge, self-control efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurship intention and to measure the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurship intention mediated by self-control efficacy, entrepreneurship motivation. This study is a descriptive and verification study using the Explanatory Survey method with a quantitative approach. Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Self Control Efficacy, and Entrepreneurial Motivation, Entrepreneurship Intention has a positive relationship. 2). Self Control Efficacy mediates in parallel the influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge on Entrepreneurship Intention. 3). Entrepreneurial Motivation mediates in parallel the influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge on Entrepreneurship Intention. 4). Self Control Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Motivation mediate in series the influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge on Entrepreneurship Intention.. This study also has a new Novelty theory, namely self control efficacy which plays a positive role as a direct or indirect influence and the study has limitations which can be improved in further research that has the same theme.
