Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran peran Pamong Satuan Karya Pramuka Wanabakti dalam membina kemandirian anggota Satuan Karya Pramuka Wanabaktdi Badan Kesatuan Pemangku Hutan (BKPH) Ciparay. Memperoleh gambaran peran Pamong Satuan Karya Pramuka Wanabakti dalam membina kemandirian anggota melalui penerapan sistem among. Landasan teori dari penelitian ini yaitu mengacu pada konsep peran, konsep Pendidikan Luar Sekolah, Konsep kemandirian, dan konsep pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket , subjek penelitian terdiri atas satu orang pamong, satu orang pimpinan satuan karya dan dua orang anggota satuan karya pramuka wanabakti. Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian diperoleh data yaitu :1) Pamong berperan sesuai dengan tugas seorang pendidik karena pada proses pelaksanaannya pamong berperan untuk membina, mengoorganisisr dan melakukan pengawasan. 2) penerapan sistem among pada proses pembinaan dapat dilihat dari mulai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dengan didasari pada proses pembinaan menggunakan sistem among yang menitik beratkan kepada kebebasan anggota. 3) kemandirian yang ditunjukan oleh anggota menunjukan pada kemandirian yang tinggi dilihat dari berbagai aspek kemandirian yaitu, disiplin, tanggung jawab dan percaya diri. 4) faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam poses pembinaan terbagi kedalm kelebihan dan kekurangan baik dari internal maupun eksternal satuan karya pramuka wanabakti. The Focus research is to gain an overview of the role of teachers ' Work units of Scouts Wanabakti in fostering Scout Service Brigade independence Agency for the unity at BKPH) Ciparay. Obtain an overview role of teachers ' Work units of Scouts Wanabakti in fostering self-reliance through the application of the system among members. The cornerstone of the theory of this research that refers to the concept of the role of School Education, the concept, the concept of independence, and the concept of learning. The methods used in this research was the qualitative approach with deskriftif methods and techniques of data collection through interviews, documentation and research subject, now consists of one person, one teachers ' leadership of the unit's work and two other units of Scouts wanabakti. Based on the deliberations of the research results obtained data are: 1) the teachers ' Act in accordance with the tasks of an educator because in the process of teachers ' role to foster their implementation, Organizing and conduct surveillance. 2) implementation of the system among the coaching process can be seen from the start of planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up with the coaching process is based on using a drip system among a series to freedom members. 3) indicated by the independence of the members of the show on the high views of the independence of the various aspects of discipline, Independence, responsibility and confidence. 4) restricting factors in the process of supporting and coaching are divided into the advantages and disadvantages of both the internal and external unit of Scouts wanabakti
