    Abstract

    Penelitian ini mengembangkan model identifikasi bakat atlet sepak takraw berdasarkan spesialisasi tekong, feeder, dan smash dengan pendekatan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Melalui metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan kuesioner AHP kepada 10 ahli, dianalisis empat aspek utama: antropometri, kondisi fisik, teknik, dan psikologis. Hasil menunjukkan aspek antropometri menjadi prioritas pada tekong dan feeder, sedangkan teknik dominan pada smash. Indikator utama meliputi panjang tungkai, teknik serve, dan tinggi badan (tekong); BMI, kontrol bola, dan first ball (feeder); serta teknik smash, panjang tungkai, dan tinggi badan (smash). Model ini menjadi acuan seleksi dan pembinaan atlet secara sistematis dan tepat sasaran. This study developed a talent identification model for sepak takraw athletes based on specialization—tekong, feeder, and smash—using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. Employing a quantitative descriptive method and AHP questionnaires completed by 10 experts, the research analyzed four key aspects: anthropometry, physical condition, technique, and psychology. The results showed that anthropometry was the top priority for tekong and feeder, while technique was dominant for smash. Key indicators included leg length, serve technique, and height (tekong); BMI, ball control, and first ball (feeder); as well as smash technique, leg length, and height (smash). This model serves as a systematic and targeted reference for athlete selection and development.
