Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur gambaran kualitas pelayanan, dan kepuasan nelayan serta menganalisis seberapa besar tingkat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan Syahbandar terhadap tingkat kepuasan nelayan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Karangantu. Dalam prosesnya, peneliti menggunakan metode survei yang dilakukan kepada 57 orang nelayan aktif yang terdaftar di PPN Karangantu pada tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas Pelayanan Syahbandar (X) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan bagi Kepuasan Nelayan (Y) di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Karangantu. Hasil tersebut berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis melalui pengujian T, dari perolehan T tabel sebesar 1,672 sedangkan nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu thitumg 4,723>ttabel 1,672 dan signifikansi T (0,00) < α (0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Syahbandar (X) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nelayan (Y) di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Karangantu. Begitupun hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 28,9%. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat melanjutkan dengan mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan di pelabuhan lainnya, serta membandingkannya dengan kondisi di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Karangantu untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih luas terkait kepuasan khususnya nelayan. In the process, the researcher used a survey method conducted on 57 active fishermen registered with the Karangantu PPN in 2024. The results of this study are that the quality of Harbor Master's Service (X) has a significant influence on Fishermen's Satisfaction (Y) at the Karangantu Archipelago Fishing Port. These results are based on hypothesis testing through T testing, from the T table of 1.672 while the t count> t table, namely t count 4.723> t table 1.672 and the significance of T (0.00) <α (0.05). So it can be concluded that the Quality of Harbor Master's Service (X) has a significant influence on Fishermen's Satisfaction (Y) at the Karangantu Archipelago Fishing Port. Likewise, the results of the determination coefficient test show that the service quality variable contributes to the influence of the customer satisfaction variable by 28.9%. Further researchers can continue by studying more deeply the factors that influence customer satisfaction at other ports, and comparing them with the conditions at the Karangantu Nusantara Fisheries Port to get a broader picture of satisfaction, especially fishermen.
