Abstract
PenelitianinimembahasmengenaiStudiDeskriptifTentang Model PengelolaanSampahMasyarakatUntukMenumbuhkanKesadaranLingkunganKelurahanSukawarnaKecamatanSukajadi Kota Bandung.Fokusutamakajianmeliputiempathalyaitu : 1) Bagaimanaperencanaan program pengolahansampahdenganmetode Takakura di Sukawarna? 2) Bagaimanagambaranpelaksanaan program Takakura? 3) Bagaimanahasilevaluasidari program Takakura ?4) ApakahFaktorpendukung/penghambatdalampelaksanaan program Takakura ? Adapuntujuandaripenelitianiniyaitumemperoleh data daninformasimengenai:1) Untukmemperolehgambaran program pengolahansampahdengan metodeTakakura.2) Untukmengetahuigambaranpelaksanaan program Takakura. 3) Untukmengetahuihasilevaluasi program Takakura. 4) Untukmengetahuifaktorpendukung/penghambatdalampelaksanaanprogram Takakura. Metode yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahmetodedeskriptifdenganpendekatankualitatif.Tehnikpengumpulan data yang digunakanadalahwawancara, observasi, dandokumentasi.Responden dari penelitian ini adalah Lurah Kelurahan Sukawarna, Kepala LPM Kelurahan Sukawarna, Ketua Majelis Talim dan Peserta Program. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Perencanaan yang dilakukan dalam mengembangkan program pengolahansampahmasyarakatdenganmetodeTakakura, pertama kali dilakukandengancaramengidentifikasikebutuhanmasyarakat di KelurahanSukawarna. PihakMajelisTalimmempersiapkansegalamateriuntukmenyelenggarakankegiatansosialisasikepadamasyarakat. 2) Pihak yang bertanggungjawab yang melaksanakandanmengorganisasikankegiatanpengolahansampahmasyarakatdenganmetodeTakakuraadalah MajelisTalim yang ada di lingkunganKelurahanSukawarnadandibinaolehKelurahan. 3) Evaluasi dari program pengolahan sampah masyarakat dengan metode Takakura ini ditekankanpadaefektivitasdengan proses pembelajaran yang padaakhirnyaberdampakpadakeberhasilanpelaksanaanpelatihandanpenyuluhanpengolahansampah di masyarakat. 4) Faktorpendukungadalahadanyakesadaran, semangat, sertabantuandariberbagaipihakdalammenjalankankegiatanini. Faktorpendukungdaripenyelenggaraan program pengolahansampahmasyarakatadalahPKK, KarangTaurna, RT/RW danKelurahan.SedangkanFaktorpenghambatdikarenakankurangnyadistribusiproduk (hasilpengolahansampah). Saran yang dapat di ajukan kepada Majelis Talim Miftahul Huda, Kelurahan, Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM), elemen terkait dan masyarakat adalahmelakukansosialisasikepadamasyarakattentangpemanfaatan sampah-sampah bekas, pemanfaatan lahan-lahan kosong dan lebih aktif menyebarluaskan, menularkanProgram dan metode Takakura di lingkungan Sukawarna. This study discusses the Descriptive Study on Solid Waste Management Model To Grow Environmental Awareness Society Village Hummingbird Sukawarna District of Bandung. The main focus of the study includes four things: 1) How does the planning waste management program with Takakura method in Sukawarna? 2) How is an overview of the program Takakura? 3) How do the results of the evaluation of the program Takakura? 4) What factors support / barrier in the implementation of the program Takakura? The purpose of this study is to obtain data and information on: 1) To obtain a waste management program with Takakura method. 2) To know the description of the program Takakura. 3) To know the results of the program evaluation Takakura. 4) To know the factors supporting / inhibiting the implementation of the program Takakura. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Respondents of this study is Sukawarna Village Headman, Chief Sub Sukawarna LPM, Talim Assembly Speaker and Program Participants. The results of this study are: 1) Planning made in developing community waste management programs with Takakura method, first done by identifying the needs of the people in the village Sukawarna. Talim Assembly parties prepare any material for organized information dissemination to the public. 2) Parties responsible for implementing and organizing activities with the community sewage treatment Takakura method is Talim Assembly in the environment of the Village Sukawarna and nurtured by the Village. 3) Evaluation of community waste management programs with Takakura method is focused on the effectiveness of the learning process that ultimately have an impact on the successful implementation of waste management training and counseling in the community. 4) supporting factor is the presence of consciousness, the spirit, as well as support from other parties in carrying out this activity. Factors supporting the implementation of community waste management program is the PKK, Coral Taurna, RT / RW and villages. While inhibiting factor due to the lack of distribution of the product (result of processing waste). Suggestions can be submitted to the Assembly Talim Miftahul Huda, Village, Community Development Institute, and related elements are the community outreach to the community about the use of the former waste, utilization of vacant land and more actively disseminate, transmit program and method Takakura in Sukawarna environment.
